Liberty Tax Detroit Ave, Cleveland

Got my taxes done here and that guaranteed service they got isn't true. They made a mistake on my taxes and I called them they would not work with me on the phone and wanted me to call again another day. The guy just hung up on me because I reminded him their promise of their guarantee. 3 years with them for they can hang up on me and not take care of my situation. They made the mistake and the guy refused to fix it. This is the last year. Will never again file taxes with Liberty. Go at your own risk, but know they only will get your money and then you don't matter no more.

Staff was incredibly rude and refused to help me. I left after 8 minutes in their office. Would recommend going somewhere else for tax preparations.

Liberty always finds us the most money that it is legally possible to get! It’s easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The follow-thru time is always faster than it’s indicated. They are really the best tax place in Cleveland that I know of.

First time filing with Liberty and definitely my last. Had to jump through all kinds of hoops to prove that my children are mine ,and basically was accused of trying to commit tax fraud. I felt extremely insulted, and will not recommend Liberty to anyone in the future. Tax preparer was extremely condescending ,rude ,unprofessional and discriminatory. Will be contacting corporate.

Friendly people I don't speaking very good English lady liberty take good care of me.
