Before you ask Rosy I. Curiel to register your business/company please contact the Secretary of State, you're better off doing it yourself!! We reached out to Rosy in 2020 to register our business, paid a good amount of money, and she did, except with the owner's mispelled name, and listed herself with her address as partial owner. This has been a headache, 2 years later, I am writing to the IRS to remove her name from our company and thankfully I caught it right away so called The Secretary of State as soon as I realized the changes needed to be made. Be careful, be aware.

It was good up until I referred a Friend and the Lady who done Her taxes was really rude to Her because of Her race. I also never received My $50 for referring Her. I spoke with Michelle on several occasions in Person and on phone. In Person I got denied because of them not having the funds on the phone I got hung up on several times. This all happened over a month ago and I still haven't received anything.

It was fast and easy plus they explained everything then made sure I understood it.

My spouse and I went to this location to get our taxes done. The owner, Rosy Curiel, made several errors -- some of which we caught before filing, some of which we caught only after filing, which required us to submit corrections. We made several appointments to review and sign the final documents, but each time we went in, there was a new error, or the same error as before. Ms. Curiel repeatedly blamed the tax software for introducing bugs and/or "losing" her work. After about a dozen appointments (including one where Ms. Curiel stood us up, and one where Ms. Curiel double-booked us with another couple), we finally gave up and asked for our documents back so we could submit our own corrections. We asked for a refund, citing all the errors and the time waste, but Ms. Curiel refused. Liberty Tax has a D- rating with the BBB and is not BBB accredited. Don't go to any of their locations, but especially not this one.

The WORST experience I have ever had! This office is unbelieveabe. After 6 years of going to the office off 38th & wadsworth I was directed to go to this location worst mistake I ever made. First they prepare my taxes and feed me a line of garbage telling me ...youll recieve your 1300 in 24 to 48 hrs LIE#1 ...I got home looked over the charges and saw they charged me $580.00 to prepare the papers..how is it $580.00 when I also had a 30% off cupon????? Last year and every year before that I was charged $300.00 really so i contacted The so called OWNER " ROSEY" and I go back to the office make this apparent she was angry I asked her to adjust the amount. After this it got worse. Come 72hrs later I called in reguardes to my 1300 that i was supposed to get...NOTHING ..They tell me oh we dont know what happend. The next day after calling again they tell me I was Denied...How could this be ? 3 days go by I get a call from their Republic Bank stating they have been trying to get in contact with me to release my 1300 refund..they contacted them to let them know all they needed was to verify who I was I would have gotten it...humm..After again calling the owner I got a young punk kid by the name of CARLOS who then disrespected me over the phone and threatened me on behalf of ROSEY...THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE THE PEOPLE HERE ARE TRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS DO NOT IREPEAT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN

Just got my taxes done. Happy to say I had a good experience. Karime was very nice and professional.

Very rude customer service. Trying to push extra cost on a client who seeks this office year after year bad service no thanks
