My experience at Liberty tax with Jesse G was wonderful. He made filing my tax super easy. Very professional.

I have no disrespect for Liberty Tax, they have helped me to file my taxes on 2 different occasions (once @ the Liberty Tax on Illinois Ave and once @ Liberty Tax on Buckner & Samuel Ave.) and I am satisfied with the outcome of my visit very highly, Thank you.

this place was horrible the gentleman in the front with the glasses in the nights watch who claim to be a Christian was very rude told me to wait at the door to ask my question while he was working with somebody else doing their taxes, told me my refund was only going to be $750 without telling me how much it was charging me. I look at my tax forms and I was supposed to have made over $1,200. Also he was going to charge my husband more than half of his stimulus just to receive his stimulus. Business here is bad I do not recommend it and the guy claims he's a Christian LMFAO

They charge UNDISCLOSED fees and give you the wrong amount just to try to get your business. I was charged $500 in agency fees to file and he told me he was only going to charge me $300 I found out after reading all my documents and I would’ve been okay with the fees because I work in a place where we go by agency fees as well but for him to lie is frankly unprofessional. My mom did her taxes there as well and was supposed to receive $400 back but he told her she wasn’t receiving anything because that’s how much he charges for his service. Based on our personal experiences I will not give my business to them again and I hope that in the future they can be more honest to the people who help their business grow by giving them their money.

very rude and unprofessional I had to call the police..i complete my tax return with them sign off on it ..Jesse Gara come back. Tell me leave his office after everything is done.. No paper work are nothing until. The police got there...and got it for me ...how can you kick me out and not tell me anything...
