The tax preparer was great. Fees have become ridiculous. Paid $560 to get $745. They charge by the form whether its necessary or not. They give you no warning. You do not get the bill until after they do the work. Will not go back next year.

Don't recommend. One page Federal tax return and one page State tax return,--- charged over $250.00!!!!!

I chosen this place to get my taxes done. The lady who did my taxes gave me her personal cellphone number to me and allowed a in uniform police officer wife to stand behind me while she repeated all my tax information back to me. Personal information was giving from SSN to the exact dollar amount I made last year and how much I was going to be giving back. I also told her my option how I want my taxes before noticing how close the woman was behind us. She stood behind us on cameras that I hope work.

Nice lady, she was very informative and helped me with what I needed done.

The Tax Representative in the Hinesville Store on Oglethorpe Hwy, Tasha, was excellent! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great conversation with my Wife as she performed our tax services. She definitely knew her job well so it gave me and my Wife great comfort. Give Miss Tasha a Customer Service recognition because you very seldom get this excellent service during tax season. Great job Miss Tasha!

Friendly staff. Met the new manager and she answered all my questions and was very helpful. They seem to have some new things they'll be offering customers and she told me about the workshops they have free for the public and the office looked inviting even for children. I will be back to do my taxes.

A gentlemans taxes were deposited into my bank account but thankfully they were given back to him and on top of it my state taxes weren't filed right. Almost 600 in the tube on top of court fees since they are ignoring me and the better buisness bureau and amended tax fees.... oh and being lied to by the manager there! Best part is the owner is fully aware of all of this and has nothing to say for herself Or her buisness.

The "tax professionals" at this establishment were all but professional during my 2012 tax preparation, putting a bad taste in my mouth from the get-go. But the utmost lack of respect and care about the fact that my refund was way, WAY past due was completely mind blowing. I was transferred to FOUR different people just to find out if these people had the correct bank and routing number for me. I was completely mis-advised, mislead and charged an ungodly amount of money for something I SHOULD have done myself; would have been way less stressful. The owner of the Hinesville store called me last and couldn't have been more rude. I wouldn't advise this office to anyone
