Don't do it! They will over charge you and tell you it can't be helped?? And please if any of you still go don't get that Netspend debit card they tell you is the best?! No! Its all fee's. People get yourself GO2 Bank card for free no hidden fee's, and the interest rates are phenomenal! Next get yourself a free bank account with Sesame Credit. It's also free to do your taxes on the app, and they help you along the way. Liberty Tax Service is the worst... I would never recommend this place to anyone...

I have been going here for 3 years to prep my taxes. This year I tried some where else, walked out of that place and came back to my home. The girl was does my taxes is named lala and she is every nice, pleasant and professional. I would recommend this place to all my friends. The owner of the campany goes outside and dances with a sign to attract business which I think is a cool think for a business owner to do. He could of been home sitting on his phone watching the cameras but no he's out on the front line with his crew

Horrible customer service. The girl in there has an attitude. The place is very ghetto and there is not an ounce of privacy. People walk in and are back and forth at the desk while you’re handling your personal and private business. I will never go back here. Not to any liberty 🗽 tax ever again. This place deserves no stars. Again the big girl was rude and unprofessional.
