Been coming to liberty tax for a few years and every year I'm always taken care of by Autumn. She has always made it easy for me to understand my return and the service she provides is outstanding!

For years I did my taxes somewhere else but, when I got tired of paying to much to file I went to Liberty tax where the staff was super friendly, the office smelled of fresh baked cookies and I was seen right away by a preparer as soon as I walked in. They were very thorough when asking the important questions they even took the time to look up and explain anything I didn't understand and if it was gonna affect my return in any way. The one thing that impressed me most was when we were about to finish everything the owner of the office came out and introduced himself and sat down and we talked about my return and had a nice friendly conversation I never got anywhere else. This office is definitely the best in town and I recommend them to everyone I know!

I did my own taxes for years. I like it but honestly I loved having someone else take a second look at it and do it for me. I worked with Nikki and let me tell you she is professional, sweet, and she makes the whole process easy as can be. I recommend coming here to have your taxes done. I won't go anywhere else!

I have been a Liberty Tax client for 10 years now, From the first time I stepped into the Liberty Tax office I was greeted with a smile immediately and the staff are amazing. The tax preparers are amazing, they walk you through your return and will always look for all the tax credits and deductions they can; and at a price drastically cheaper than any other tax agencies in Albuquerque. I am always treated like family, and for that I am a Liberty tax client for life. And the sign wavers make their presence known and are always smiling!!

My husband and I filed our 2017 tax returns with liberty tax, we found out we owed taxes which was a bit of a hit in the gut but liberty tax gave us tax vouchers to pay it and charged us roughly 400 dollars to file. We sent our payments on time so we assumed everything was taken care of. Fast forward to 2019, we get letters from the IRS stating we owed taxes, and after investigating this with the IRS we come to find out that the "tax professional" that prepared our taxes did not print out the correct vouchers for us. So after a lengthy amount of time and hassle, and even though I paid my taxes I'm still on the hook for the interest even though it was not my error. So my advice to anyone filing with liberty tax, make darn sure they are giving you the correct vouchers or honestly pay the IRS on their website. I'm very upset that I paid 400 dollars for thirty minutes of their time and it would have taken maybe a minute more to ensure I was given the proper vouchers. For 2018 taxes we went to a wonderful place that charged a fraction of that cost and did it correctly. I am not saying that everyone at liberty tax will do this, I just really wish for that amount of money they would have given me the time to make sure I was given the proper vouchers.
