I have been coming to see Vikki for 8 years now. She is courteous and professional. I feel like I have my own personal tax lady because I can call her anytime during the year and ask her a question about my finances. With no extra cost.

We have been going here for several years and has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience. Vikki is very professional and down to earth. Great customer service anytime there is a question anytime of year. She's the best. Thank you soo much Vikki.

Vicky is the best! Nobody likes tax season, but she makes it as enjoyable as possible. Vicky is fast, organized and overall helpful. Couldn’t recommend her more.

We've been doing our Taxes with Vikkie for the last 7 years or longer. Great service and knowledgeable. Any time we had a question she had the answer to it or If she was unavailable her Assistance Suaima and Andrew helps as well. Also great experience and interaction. Another thing I like about Vikkie she a straight person she doesn't beat around the bush type of gal !!

Vicky is great. She makes paying my taxes easy. She is positive, and funny, and a pleasure to work with.

Well first I wish a 0 star performance was authorized by @google I had a good start felt confident walking in then the mystery started to unveil to a full blown nightmare once Vikki was left to deal with my case first off she had announced me that I would have to pay the irs , then couldn’t get the debit card system to work ,almost gave me her card and blindly made a joke of it … let’s not forget had a personal phone call during my 4 hours in the office that was soo long that I had time for a recording… If that wasn’t enough a sign outside says 50%cheaper then competitors lol she tryed to charge me close to 500$ for 2 years of tax… went to the one in San Carlos Got more money no IRS payback and was charge under 350$ for both years Deplorable… after reading some of these reviews I must say don’t waist your time and well hard money coming there because if vikki is on the case … your taxes are better going to waste

Short version of the story- Vickie made a $10,000 mistake, yelled at me, and insulted me by calling me names when I requested an apology. They made a mistake on my tax return for 2018. I caught the mistake, and pointed out to Vickie (the owner) over the phone. She refused to talk about it over the phone and so I drove over tonight. I arrived on time and waited about 20min because the place is overbooked. She refused to dig into the problem and was confident that she didn't make the mistake. When I insisted her on looking into the problem she started yelling at me. Andrew, an employee there was professional and helped me fixed the mistake. After the mistake as verified, I returned to Vickie and said "Vickie you owe me an apology for yelling at me for a mistake you made, and it's a 10,000 dollar mistake." There were clients so she guided me outside to have a conversation. I thought she was going to apologize, but here's when the insult happened: She said "I'm not gonna apologize because you pointed out the mistake last minute." I said: "Making sure that there are no mistakes are your responsibility, not mine. I'm going to write a review." She said:"You know what, you are a B****!" I was angry but didn't say anything after that and left. I paid $400 service fee for all the nonsense that Vickie has put me through. I understand that it's the high-stress tax season for CPAs but her behaviors are unforgivable and inexcusable. Writing this review as accurate as I could to calm myself down and to warn other customers. Is there a place that I can report Vickie for her insulting behavior? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Liberty tax best place to get your taxes done or any finance needs Vikkie the best!

I have used this place for the last 3 years. They were great in the beginning with how much they charge. I don't have any deductions, so it's a straight tax filing Since 2016 the price has gone up dramatically. First year, I payed $99.00, last year I payed 109.00, this year I was surprised to have a charge of 265.00, and then a 50.00 discount, for a total of 215.00. I was surprised at the price hike. They explain prices up to pay the rent and employees. I will never go there again. I advise anyone to find out what they plan on charging and not let them make you feel like you are a bother. I can find someone else to file. My taxes for half the price like they used too. Service has gone down and it's more than just their huge price hike
