Nice items but not the pawn shop for me they stated don't buy items they don't have layaway it's no wonder why they have the same items for long periods of time. I think they be one of the better shops if they cater a little to their customers.

I figured buying a Bluetooth speaker from here would be safe but nope spent 70 on a replica speaker that already gave out. Bummer

Shop is very clean. Staff are very very courteous and appreciative as well as friendly. I have bought many items from this pawn shop. Everything has been exceptional and just as good as new and at a fraction of the new price! I bought a laptop for less than $200 that was retailing that same day for the exact same model at Best Buy for over $800. It has worked perfect. As a matter of fact I went back and bought one almost just like it -- just half as much ram and 2" smaller screen for just over $100 and it was at Best Buy that day for over $550! No problems with either. VERY SATISFIED. Have bought air compressor, guitar, weed eater, vid games, vacuum cleaner.... Many many items. Very satisfied!!! I drive out of my way to go to Liberty Pawn & Jewelry. The other location is just as good as the Culebra location.

I don't do pawn shops often. Most of them are dirty with a bunch of junk selling at retail prices. Liberty Pawn was not like this at all. The store is very clean and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had several things I wanted to sell so that I could buy something in the store. They gave me a fair price for everything I had and I was able to walk out with my new item in hand. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I won't hesitate to drop by the next time I'm in the area.

All sales are final! This is obvious as this is a pawn shop, but even the items they sell as brand new cannot be returned. I purchased a 4/4 full sized violin for $95 that was sold as new. I have never played a violin and so I wanted something inexpensive to learn on, I understand you get what you pay for so this is just to help anyone in the same shoes as me. This instrument cannot be played as is. The following needs to be fixed to bring this instrument to an acceptable level for a beginner: - The tuning pegs need to be refitted as the holes are not properly tapered, keeping it tuned was nearly impossible. - The bridge does not sit flush against the body and it is also too tall, casing the strings to sit too high, it needs to be reshaped. - The neck must be reshaped because it was uneven causing the notes to be off tune when playing a closed string. - sound post inside the violin needs to be properly centered. - the nut at the top of the neck was too tall, causing the strings to be too high off the neck. In all fairness these adjustments would likely need to be made for any violin not purchased from a strings shop. The good news is that all this costs about $100 to fix, which is still about $100 cheaper than buying a brand new student violin from a strings shop. Having that said, I ended up purchasing a violin from a string shop for about $350, because there were a few things that couldn't quite be modified on the pawnshop Violin.

Thought it was good place but no sir. I got there 10 mins before close when they new i was coming and they where close before 7 like it says it is. I will be getting out my item and never again using them and letting people know not to go here. I always got my thing out fast and never had a problem but true colors come out sooner or later.

Staff WAS very polite and friendly, until my wife came out as trans. They apparently thought we wouldn't notice that they smile at me and pretend everything is wonderful but glare at her and make a point of calling her sir. Never going back.
