Liberty Bank New Orleans Canal St, New Orleans

The worse bank EVER!!!! My card was stolen,and I've been waiting a MONTH for a new one,the tellers are rude I was told that its a holiday and thats why its taking so long however I've order lots of things this holiday season that all came before Christmas and my debit card. I pay to keep my money there which is crazy because I can go completely free checking with any of the 1000s of banks begging for the business. I need to reevaluate this banking thing because iam incredibly unhappy with liberty services over the many years I've been banking with them. Future customers you've been warned.

This is the WORST institution for financial needs known to Man! Specifically, their Loan Services department is horrible. They're never at their desk and voice mail states that if you need immediate service to call "so-and-so" at the given number. When you call "so-and-so", their voice mail instructs you to call the first person who instructed you to them! I was approved for a "Fast" freedom loan for under 3k and even with good credit, direct deposited paychecks, and a salary totalling close to my asking amount per month... it took over 3 weeks to get anything accomplished. I still did not receive the funds and the only prompt service I received from them was the cancelation of my loan and business! Be it that I'm from the city and have referred over 10 people who have successfully moved their funds from one institution to now holding accounts with Liberty, I am extremely hurt and disappointed. One star is very gracious. If it weren't my own people I'd seek action for false advertising and misrepresentation of services.

I have a client who switched to Liberty Bank only to find out that they don't work with Intuit QuickBooks Online. In 2020.

No experience, it's black owned so it's got to be good. I will be opening an account soon.
