If I could give this bank a negative, I would. I opened a dispute 1/12/2022 for charges on my account back in 11/21. The dispute center disputed EVERY CHARGE on my account since 10/21 totaling $11,000. My water bill, Entergy bill, credit card, all cash app charges, car note etc we’re charged back on 1/19. I had to pay all of these bills again and have left me in financial ruins. I can not pay my rent. They have yet to put the money in my account and no one can explain where my money is. I have sent dozens of emails, made several trips to the bank and have no help. The people are not helpful and have even hung up on me several times. I was told a couple of days ago that it was escalated to a supervisor (for the forth time) but no one will give me a number to speak to anyone they told me to wait on a letter. I had to hire an attorney. To sum it up they charged back all of my money from bills for 3 months but was never given back to me. I had to pay 3 months of bills twice. My credit score has dropped, my car is in repossession status, I’m in jeopardy of being evicted. Please do not trust these people with your money.

My experience with ReTonya was one of the most unprofessional interactions that I have dealt with. I've been with Liberty Bank for a while now, and I have never had to fill out my account information. I come in, I hand over my ID/Check/Cash. While I fill out the deposit slip, the teller pulls up my account information using my ID. ReTonya asked for my account information upon me finishing filling out the slip. As I struggled to remember my account number, I asked her, "Aren't you able to look up my account information using my ID?" She replied, "Yes, but you need to write down your account number right here (tapping her fingers very nasty on my slip)." I informed ReTonya that I have never been asked to write in my account, and that the teller always fills this in, after they pull up my account, using my ID. She replied, "Well, you have to fill it out here." I'm just puzzled as to why she did not utilize her time to pull up my account information using my ID, as I filled out the slip? I mean, is this not the professional procedure here? To add insult to injury, she's playing her holy Christian music, and singing, while eye rolling, and tapping her fingers as if my presence is agitating her. Maybe if she practiced being Holy while performing her job duties, she'd choose to utilize her time fully helping the customers. Her behavior was pure foolishness! ReTonya needs to learn from the young lady who floats between this location, and the location on Troost. I can't remember her name, but she's wearing her hair red now; this young lady is exceptional and provides the best customer service at all times. ReTonya needs to get it together, and step her professionalism up!

This bank is a joke. Went to get info about opening a savings account. The lady in lobby looked at us like we were criminals off the street. Didn't say hello or nothing when we entered. Started asking questions and she acted like we were putting her out by asking such difficult questions. Had no info off the top of her head, had to search for everything.
Ms. Strohm, I’m sorry that you may not have received the best service from one of our branches, but our goal is to provide consistent, excellent, and speedy service throughout all bank locations. I'd like to hear more about your experience. Please call me at 504-240-5182. Thank you for your feedback. Ann D. Duplessis Senior Vice President Retail Banking.
