If I could give zero stars I would for LGE's failure to address a problem employee that caused us to leave LGE over. We had no issues with LGE up until their Director of Risk Management Trisha Hernandez arbitrarily stopped two wires my husband was sending and receiving. One was for his paycheck and claimed that his work company didn't exist even though it has for years as a legal corporation. His paychecks had been wired into that account from his work for years with no issue until Trisha Hernandez decided she did not like my husband and went on a power trip and stopped it. Then we asked to speak with her manager and no one would give us any information or put us through to someone. We received one call back from someone obviously just covering for Trisha Hernandez's unscrupulous behavior. We are closing our account after years of loyalty to LGE and financing several vehicles and opening a credit card and savings and this is how a good hard-working customer is treated. Not the trusted caring bank you want.

This LGE locations is a joke. They cashed a check for my account that was not supposed to be cashed then took the money back and left my account with a negative balance and expected me to pay for the balance. Poor customer service, no help what so ever and did not want to resolve the issue. Take your banking elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Even when I lived out of state I still kept my LGE account because they take care of their customers.

I've never once been a victim of fraudulent activity in my checking account until a few days ago. I was left in shock and utter stress. Someone hacked into my account and stole almost everything I had in my checking. I was at work when this happened and I had to drive all the way out an hour away from my job to get a brand new card and figure out if was able to get my money back. At first they made it seem like I wasn't going to be able to get a refund because the fraudulent withdrawal said that it was an ATM. But Alexa called her investigator and confirmed that I was going to be able to get my money back. I personally want to thank Alexa Reilly for helping me because I'm well aware that this happens a lot to others but this put me into a dark place that night. But the next day I looked at my account and I got my refund back. I've been with this bank and never had much problems. Whoever is reading this, please send my gratitude personally to Alexa Reilly.

This experience has been a royal waste of my time. I opened a business account for my insurance consulting company. When I opened my account, my first check deposited was an insurance draft payable to and properly endorsed by our company and our client. I was informed that such checks may incur a hold, which is reasonable and expected to ensure the paying bank honors the check. Today, I deposited another check made out to our company and our client, and properly endorsed. The deposit was accepted and I went about my day. I received a call, and was informed they would not be accepting the check because the other payees were not account holders. I asked if a manager could help me, because a properly endorsed check is a legally payable financial instrument. She rudely informed me that it would just come back to her and she would deny the deposit. This individual clearly has no understanding of financial instruments and how endorsements work. I informed her that due to the volume of our checks that have multiple payees, if they can’t figure out how to deposit a properly endorsed check, then my only option would be to close my account. I am trying to run a business, and screened potential financial institutions carefully, as we are a high volume account. A week of my company’s life (no small loss in the fast paced world of business) down the drain. Fire this lady and hire somebody who understands financial instruments and how they may be legally endorsed, because I am genuinely sad our relationship must come to an end.

Fellow and prospective clients of LGE, if you are looking for a personal bank relationship that treats you like anything more than a number, keep looking. LGE is just as bad as the big banks as far as gauging you with fees at every opportunity. I have been charged with two $30 ACH fees ON THE SAME TRANSACTION. This preditorial bank scheme is appalling and I am really disappointed in the company I had hoped to be looking out for the working, low class individuals..

Favorite and best place to bank! My family has been members since 1996 and the staff and management have been the most helpful, respectful and kind that goes for each and every location that business has been transacted at: main office, phone, Kennesaw, Woodstock and my favorites at the Canton branch. They have been the easiest to work with and have canned several other financial institutions along the way! But LGE has earned my business!
