Dave Kowalczyk is the best in the business. He helped me with my own personal loan a couple years ago and I was blown away at his knowledge and dedication to put me in the best position to succeed. Since then, I have become a real estate agent and I send all of my clients to him. He has given me and my clients the edge we needed to be successful in this crazy market. 100% recommend!!!

Ann is horrible. Snapped at me for no reason. Completely unprofessional. Will be looking into cancelling my account. Rather be at a bank that knows how to treat people. Worst person I’ve ever met and wish I never had the interaction. It’s not hard to find decent people to hire. Just an idea.

Good customer service. I was with wells Fargo for 10 years. Sioux falls federal credit is the best service I have ever had.

I love banking here, but an employee named Kiara was VERY rude from the moment I started talking with her about my account. Constantly rolling her eyes at me every time I asked her a question, or simply not saying a word when I asked a question. I recomend going to another location if you can.

Took my car loan out and worked with Lavonne. She was really lovely and very willing to assist and help to explain things. Also, love their online banking really helps to make it convenient.

This is by far the most horrible experience I have ever had dealing g with a credit union. To save your self the head ache might want to explore other credit unions before looking into this one

I went there to see a matter resolved. The banker who assisted seemed to know very little about my area of concern. She was unprofessional and rude. The solution she offered was understandable but it was delivered in a " haha, you have to do this" manner. She did apologize, but the damage is done. I have never had a bad experience at any other branch, so this was disappointing.

Unprofessional customer service. Poor quality of service. They are no different than any other of the major banks except they do a worst job. Don't be fooled by their mission to "serve the community" over shareholders.
