Got the privilege of working with Terry on checking out a home being purchased that had previous foundation work done but no knowledge of the repairs. Level Check not only was the only one to answer the phone right away but schedule an appointment quickly to fit the time constraints of the home purchase. Terry was great in being able to give confidence in his knowledge of the business and was professional in every aspect.

Dylan came to our house to inspect our foundation and was professional and courteous. He called within a reasonable time frame and finished the inspection in a timely manner. He shared his concerns and explained the issues that he saw in a way that two novices could understand. Very happy with the services so far.

While buying a new home, our general inspectors warned us of possible foundation damage. We have had several people tell us we needed foundation work and give us outlandish quotes without giving me any details. I am a very detail oriented person and like as much information as I can get before I make an educated decision. The guys at level check not only came out and did the survey the next day after I called them but they also took the time to explain the process, the ins and outs of what all was going on with our house as well as explained that our house only needed the bare minimum, they easily could have sold me on a bigger job but they only recommended what we needed and I appreciated that. Dylan was very personable and let me watch them throughout the whole process and explained it the whole way.
