    So after getting pre-approved for a Colombia and waiting months with no updates. I called to get and update only to get a really rude response via text telling me it made no sense to follow up with me. The home I was waiting for which had a listing price of $360k was now $500k and Ms Jacky felt it was a waste of time relating this message to me. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. Total scam.

    I took a tour of a couple properties, while I understand the market is crazy right now it was extremely frustrating to see a home listed for $230k and then when I arrive told it was $250k or possibly higher depending on when I buy .... I was also told the only way guarantee this price was a down payment today. So I decided to look at the homes to get an idea of which home I would be interested in. The base model without any additions or upgrades looks very cheap. I would not mind paying these prices for a quality home but I feel that these homes are made quickly and cheaply.

    I have had multiple requests to the warranty system to get certain things fixed inside the home that are currently under warranty. No response, no phone calls back, no one shows up. This is the worst home homewarranty system ever I would never recommend lenar homes for anyone.

    On the surface this community looks amazing. My boyfriend and I were 100% invested and wanted to purchase a house here and start our family. Once we start learning more about the community and the costs associated with living here we were disappointed. No customizations are available, in the event that something happens to the home resulting in the home having to be demolished and rebuilt you have to sell the lot back to the community, and other things of that nature. That on top of having to pay HOA fees ($20/month), CDD fees ($200/month), community maintenance fees ($2,000/year), and not having the price of the home disclosed until the day of closing. We only discovered this information by reading the fine print on the documents they sent us. They may not have been trying to hide anything however it sure felt like they were hoping we wouldn't notice. So overall nice houses and nice community but we're not impressed with the way they handle their business.

    I don't live there, but I just did a tour with my family. I LOVE how the streets are set up. They are wide up to drive down safely, but narrow enough that is has that safe, homey feel. I lived in England for five years, and it reminds me of that. The neighborhood is perfect for letting your kids ride their bikes down to see their friends, or for taking a walk with your dogs. The houses are beautiful on the outside with very efficient floorplans inside. I would love to live there.

    Great location! Very convenient to US Hwy 19 and Little Rd. As a local real estate team, we are always visiting locations with clients. With COVID restrictions the business has had to adapt- we schedule ahead to visit with clients and with open and honest conversations ahead of visiting the models we work to get the most value in time and information from the visit. The agent that met us there was on time and reasonably accurate with local information and knowledge. There is a community pool and recreation area at the back of the development. The product is an affordable home with plenty of space and floor plan options for buyers. It's definitely one of the places that could be a fit in your search for new homes, and working with an agent that knows that many new homes are never on the MLS, will help you determine the best fit for your budget- this development could be one to consider! Many buyers mistakenly assume the agent at the models represents the buyer - they don't- it's the potential buyer's job to go with their agent, right from the first visit, so that a strong professional transaction can be established immediately.

We had the pleasure of working with Denise Himes on several visits to the area and she was exceptional in answering every question we had while also trying to understand our needs to find us the best home for what they offered. Although we did not end up making a purchase at this location, we were very happy with the excellent service she provided to us during the process!

    I stopped by to look at the models and as I went to open the door it was pulled shut on me which kind of startled me. Then Denise popped her head out the other door and said sorry but what did I want and if I had an appt. I said just to look at the models and no I didn’t have an appt. that I didn’t know I needed one. She said she was busy with someone else for me to just come back tomorrow This was a very demeaning type of encounter, very unprofessional and makes me never to want to come near this place again. I felt really bad and clearly not considered worthy of nice treatment.

    Love everything here EXCEPT we were told the water here was repurposed and it is not, so drinking water flows from our irrigation, into toilets, and from the hose. Its outrageous the amount of money we've spent on water bills.

    We purchased our first home here. We were very satisfied with our experience. We love our home. We have no no problems so far. We moved in nov 15th 2019. Everything went smoothly except a hiccup the day before closing but the fixed it in time. Our community is beautiful, our neighbors are awesome and I can’t wait till our pool and kayak ramps are completed
