Their a scam. After being transferred and on hold several times. I give them info untill girl asked for my SS number. When I refused girl again puts me on hold. A man picks up and trys to get me to go to a local leath dealership in wendell nc. I was not interested as I was inquiring to refinance my loan not trade in Long story short . They played the shill game. Every time I called them on something they would put me on hold for several minutes and a higher up would start again. I was asked 3 times for my SS number Then I finally called them on being not legit and hung up. Then they call back from a different state area code. I called their Calif Phone number. They. Call back from penn. Phone number as is the practice of phone scammers. Dispicable! Your reply Bull. So I'm a lier just because you respond to all negative criticism. You want me to call you? No, it's called damage control You think because you post a response to my criticism and then reach out to me that makes you look good and me look like a lier. I have found a legit company to handle my business. You are shills!

I'm taking back my negative review and revising after a long talk with a manager, Brett. I was a bit confused over the process but he was very calm and professional and answered all of my questions. My advice is to look into the company and make sure you know all details. If you do not get the answers you need, call a manager. He was wonderful and deserves the 5 stars for saving the day!

I went in thinking I was wasting my time. I still owed a lot on my truck they paid it off and I walked out in a new truck with a lot better interest rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car or truck

Scam company. Called and left a message about an application they apparently received from me. I never applied for an auto loan. When you call it either hangs up. Or someone answers and can clearly hear you but keeps saying “is someone there “ with these weird computer glitch noises. AVOID THEM
