Attempting to get a title loan using vehicle title as collateral, and Olga fails to inform us that she is running credit for the loan. She wastes an hour and a half of our time, tells us we are approved for a specific amount, and then tells us we were denied based on credit score. If she had informed us from the start that the loan was based on credit, we would not have wasted our time there. Who gets a loan with their car title as collateral with good credit? If credit was not an issue, I sure as heck would not get a loan with an obscene interest rate, such as a title loan. People with good credit get loans from their banks.

This is the place to come if you're in need of loan. So glad I came here. The ladies were knowledgeable professional and patient with all my questions. It was my first loan so I wasn't sure what to expect. Would definitely recommend friends and family.
