Several years back, after my lay-off, I fell on some very hard times. I got a job fairly quickly, but my income was substantially less. The least little unexpected thing caused me to blow my budget. I had to use First Payday several times. They have some serious and very strict rules about how they have to conduct business. Within the framework of the rules, they did everything they possibly could to help me. If I was having trouble coming by on the right day with a payment, all I had to do was call them to arrange for a little extra time. It is creepy having to use payday loan services, but they were very graceful in working with me. They never made me feel ashamed. They always treated me with professionalism and dignity. I sincerely hope to never need them again, but I am glad to know they are there.

Yes they are professional but cant help but feel screwed over. We were told we only owed 3 more payments 3 payments ago. Then told no you owe 4 more payments in a total of $350. So instead of letting them continue to screw me over I decided to call and pay it off completely and was told NO!!!!! All because they are trying to take $100 out of my account right now they wont let me pay it off and by the time that $100 clears in going to owe more money due to interest. Will never again recommend this place to anyone!! And YES we have made all payments on time.

This a horrible place do not ever go to this place. I just recently took out a loan and yes I know that you are suppose to pay for this but I fell on hard times and could not keep up with my payments. Now that being after signing a wage assignment fort they then put out a granishment for my pay check. This aside I called to talk to the people before they put through this garnishment and was told that they would not take money out of my check as long as I made a payment so I did then I get my paycheck and I see that there is a garnishment for a huge amount and I did not understand seeing as how they told that day that would not take any money out of my check!!! They lied bold-faced and yes that is screwed up and not the way to go about things. I would have dealt with the garnishment but I can not take this lying down.I ask everyone who is with me on this to not use this loan company as they are liars and thiefs. They would lie to you and screw to just get the money even make it to where you can not live to get this. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I hope only bad things come for them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I have the utmost respect for these people. I have been there when the customers were so horrible to the people that work there. IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT YOU CANNOT GET A LOAN. PAY YOUR BILLS...BUT the women that work there are horrible. I hope Steve never quits.

They were always very nice and they got er done. Going to miss you all.
