*UPDATED to respond* I received MULTIPLE emails from Lendio telling me our PPP would fund any day. All documents were provided well before the cutoff. "You have not seen the funds?" - Karen Davis. Is that normal to send out to someone who is missing documents? I stand by my review. Lendio cost me PPP. *** Lost PPP because of Lendio. Major disappointment! Was told it had funded. Even gave me a SBA loan number. Money never received. Kept telling me it would hit our account any day, right until it was too late to go to someone else. Never given a reason and then Lendio stopped communicating. Feels super shady. Would never ever use Lendio again.

Dan, Karen and Khadija were extremely easy to work with, responsive and got the job over the finish line. They are experts in finance and a joy to work with. I look forward to a long, working relationship with them.

After getting exactly no where with another lending portal for weeks, we tried out Lendio who turned out to be a great choice.
