I have no complaints. Was able to finance my fiancee' engagement ring through them almost 2 years ago. Had no issues with payments and if I needed extra time I was able to reach out and speak to someone. Paid off one loan and now looking to try for another one to get a different ring for our wedding in September. From my experience if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Lendfirm and Gage....

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Application and approval process were super easy! Once approved, I was able to simply shop around both Gage Diamonds and grace von for some fun jewelry for myself. Thanks!

Unfortunately I wouldn't give these people a dime. They actually bypass any fraudulent activity on your account and cancel orders due to that. Horrible customer experience and the management talks to customers horribly. I've never been treated in such a demeaning way. I will actually filing a claim against them with the BBB. They handle things in a shady way. You can never speak to a manager. I think it's like one guy in the office pretending to be multiple people.

I did an application with them, it was all over the place I was uploading documents and sending them my personal information, then it said I had no applications as if I didnt apply. I called to get help they are a very small company i can tell from how they answer their phone. The first two times I called the guy was helpful, i called a 3rd time because again it was asking me to start over after i submitted everything to them. they hung up the phone and then when i called the 4th time they picked up the phone and then put hold music on the phone its obvious they have caller id and are screening calls.

I only have great things to say about LendFirm. I have always wanted a diamond tennis necklace and LendFirm made it possible for me! With low monthly payments I was able to get the necklace of my dreams. Thank you LendFirm!!

Would give no star if i could...Was accused of fraud...This representative named a series of terms and methods i was not aware of nor had any knowledge of...and i was repeatedly told that my residence was in the middle of a highway...Unprofessional and unsympathetic. This business is fraudulent and has con artist working at the forefront. Do not waste your time or information on this company..you may find your personal information compromised as a result...

I had purchased a couple of jewelry here as gifts and wanted to finance them and I am beyond pleased. I spoke with Daci and he made the process so easy. He was so professional and prompt. Their application is easy to fill out and Daci gave me a call if I had missed anything so he can approve me asap!

So this will be the first post of many. These people are scam artist. This is why they keep changing their name. They approved my loan I have proof I can screenshot, took a payment then cancelled the loan. After a mistake on there end, cannot make this up. I have proof my wife was suppose to get an new engagement ring as a gift after I could not reach anyone for days after making the first payment they then called and said they are cancelling the loan. More people will be commenting shortly. this place is a scam. Boycott this company. I told them this will be posted they don't care and will be sending through other networks as well.
