I love the lemon tree in north babylon! Great quality, calm atmosphere, and fantastic staff are just a few reasons! Never have had a problem. The prices are also low and reasonable!

Wish I could give negative stars. WORST hair experience ever. I came in w/ balayge from another salon which I loved & asked for a few more that were lighter. I was on vacation & this is my mom's salon, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The girl said she knew how to do balayge, but obviously lied. Completely ruined my color & when I went back for her to fix it, she pointed her finger in my face & firmly told me "now you listen to me". She wasn't able to fix. Also, while I was getting my color "fixed", I watched another stylist get short w/a mentally disabled man & when he handed her a tip, she didn't even look up from her phone, snatched it from him & put it in her apron. I did tell the manager I wanted my $ back which I did get, but the damage was already done. I went back to my normal hair girl when I got home & she said the color was one of the worst jobs she had ever seen. 3 others came over to look & were appalled, even asking if the person who did it was licenced, or if it was my toddler. $200+ & 4 hours later, it was fixed. Oh let me also add that I asked for a trim and 4 inches later---ah!!!!!!

I have been going to the Lemon Tree for years. I love the professionalism and knowledge. The owner Laurie is easy to talk to and and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Family run business that's been in the community a few decades. Always a friendly atmosphere, and the stylists listen to what you want, and discuss what they'll do. Great results every time

I need a simple haircut and I always go to Lemon Tree to take care of that. The cuts are good, inexpensive and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Bernadette is my favorite so far. She'll do what you want & with ease. They take walk-ins & are fairly priced. Thumbs up in my book!
