Legends Bank Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville

I left U.S. Bank after more than a decade with them due to their inability to service the needs of my business in a responsive, timely manner. Moving to Legends has been the best decision for me as a small business owner. In the first 4 months of service with them, they managed to accomplish more than what U.S. Bank ever did. Hayes Wellington and his colleagues have been top notch. They assisted me with the PPP loan and even managed to assist me in financing a commercial space in the middle of a pandemic!!! Going from a big bank where I constantly felt I was “too small to matter” to a local bank where I mattered from the start regardless of revenue is one of the best business decisions I’ve made!!! I highly recommend them!!

I use to love this bank but after my experience today and the last couple times I will no longer be going to this branch.. the woman today was very rude and acted like my money was fake as she sat there and counted it three times and then kept feeling my $50 bills and then went on to put it to ceiling to look at it which has never happened to me at this bank. She also was very rude from the jump usually I just run in there every week at the same time never once have a I brought my ID to deposit my money usually it’s just by the last four digits of my social and today she wanted my ID and acted like my account was fake. It was the first time I’ve had experience with this lady and it’ll be the absolute last. I miss the employees that use to work there.

Tiffany went above and beyond to help us put together bonus envelopes for our employees today! And, the greeting from the friendly tellers when walking into in the bank was so genuine and welcoming! I've been banking with the St. Bethlehem branch since 2013 and this type of service is for real - not just a one time thing.

Having issues with the new EMV card at certain stores. Shell sudden service is one of those stores if your chip is not read by their machine it will not allow you to swipe to complete a transaction. I talk to the bank about this issue they stated that they would issue a new EMV card. This is not the entire issue with these stores that card readers will not allow a swipe. The bank is stating that is not their problem it is the vendors problem. Since the EMV cards we're forced upon users this is a bank issue in my mind. Also legends is stating that no one else is having issues of this type with their cards. If you were having issues with your cards you need to start calling the bank so this can be addressed. I also have not received any feedback from the bank on the questions that I have asked them they stated they would have a manager call they haven't called me as of yet.

My experience with Vickie Henson was incredible. When an online travel site, charged me for the same flight five times, in error and indicated that it would be a lengthy process to return the money to my account, Vickie helped with get to a solution. It was not an error by the bank but Vickie stepped up and helped me when the travel site would not. She went above and beyond. I'm not a number at this bank, I'm a human being and I appreciate the relationship.

I worked here for about 2 months as a float teller, I was hired along with two other white Girls they both got placed in a set branch and I was the only teller who was actually floating around & helping the branches that needed help. I was told I was fired because The managers didn't like me b.s I believe it was because I was the only African American girl working there. Don't waste your time with this bank. They are very unprofessional & it's clear that racism is an ongoing thing with this bank.

Use to be good service but it's gone downhill fast the boy they got in drive thru is ridiculous I'm seriously thinking of closing the account and going with a diffrent bank I'm so past dissappointed
