Kenny made it so simple! By pulling off the road and using his laptop, he literally went out of his way to get my new policy in place while I was in the auto showroom. Great policy and great rate. I have been with state farm for over 10 years. Ken was my contact and was wonderful. Over the past 6 months my payments have fluctuated more times than I care to count and then they just separate my bills out of no where for what they say is non pymt. I pay all bills online so if there were additional funds do, they didn't show in the link. I made pymts assuming I was paying each vehicle listed. Now I get to pay a fine for lapse in coverage. I have since switched agents because the staff and lee his self were very rude and unprofessional. We'll see how the new agent goes but I feel I'll be switching company's all together very soon.
