The best customer service I have ever had has come from the team I bought my house from. LeAnn Kovalick and Sean Pennington kept in constant contact with me even after hours and on the weekends. They answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction never pushing me. I highly recommend both of them for a flawless experience. I have used LeAnn twice now and would not hesitate to use her a third time. She is wonderful!!

If I could rate more stars, I would! LeAnn was so great to work with! From the very start, she helped guide us through getting approved, and was always willing to answer any questions we had. I never got the impression that I was bothering her, even when I had a lot of questions! I HIGHLY recommend working LeAnn and the Gateway Mortgage team!!!

If I could give more stars I would! To say that my re-finance was anything but easy would be an understatement. LeAnn stuck it out with me for months to get this done, always encouraging.
