Stay away and find a different company! The worst customer service and I never saw so many mistakes. They nice in the beginning but after you sign they will ignore you!

Buyers rushed the closing, these guys wanted everything RIGHT NOW AND ORIGINALS (2003 death certificates of prior owners). The buyers moved closing to Friday instead of following Tuesday and they failed to update the Sellers Statement to correct settlement date and disbursement date, but made sure they updated any fees due to them. Maybe they are through but I found them very difficult to deal with and they did not return my call the One and Only time I tried to contact them.

This company handled the sale of my condo. When I received the papers I had a few questions called the office they weren't interested in helping. I'm a foreigner and this was a new procedure for me. I left three messages never got a response. I told my agent that I wanted to use another company and she said it was too late. I also told my agent that I wanted a certified cheque or bank draft because I kept hearing about wire fraud through them and my agent made me sign a waiver. The sale closed on March 28th, April 1st I received a regular cheque which my bank put a hold on till April 24th. I asked to speak with a manager he never returned my call. This company received payment, the two agents received payment the buyer has the condo and I'm still waiting for my money. Not right at all. Them being in this business should now better any bank would put a hold on a regular cheque that large. I wouldn't recommend this company or my agent. Less than a one.
