Launch Credit Union N Williamson Blvd, Ormond Beach

We were new to Florida and needed a local bank. Several people recommended Launch. We went there and had the best experience I've ever had at a bank. We worked with Ann Sanford. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always available when needed. At one point we needed the advice of the manager, and she was right there with the answer. I was very impressed with the branch and the personnel.

My financial advisor was both efficient and patient with me. Mrs Sanford instructed me on making wise and money saving decisions to help me strengthen my credit and stretch my finances further. Thank you so much for all you did for me and my family. I feel very secure with my future finances and the support I have with launch credit union.

I had a great banking experience today at Launch Credit Union in Ormond Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. I sat down Ashley Shaw (home loan specialist)and she provided all the information and answered all my questions about refinancing my home. She made the process very simple and smooth.

I went in to check out a promotion mailed to me for new members. Ann S was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. My account was created in a timely manner and Ann even helped me to set up my online banking I left feeling very good about my decision to make Launch Credit Union my local financial institution. Joined on my wife's account a while back. Barbara has been incredible in assisting us with anything we've needed as we are navigating through a new marriage and baby. I look forward to doing future business with this credit union - it has been an overall great experience.

I Just set up an account and the person who helped me explain everything in great detail. Which was very helpful because I’m so young and she explained how all the programs work and she explained how I can get my credit up and she was very helpful. The line wasn’t long and it was very speedy process. This is a great bank for young adults who are just starting out and need to set up bank accounts.

I had problems setting up my automatic payment for my new truck...I met a little lady by the name of Ann Sanford, She was amazing. She took very good care of this matter.... Awesome service

I always have a great experience when I walk into a branch or even go through the drive thru. Employees are always quick, fast and very polite. I was assisted by Lindsey today and she was so nice with helping me get another card. I have been with the credit union for a few years now way back when they were called Kennedy. If your looking for a credit union and wanting that great customer service this is where you should go.

My first ever bank account I'm so blessed to achieve this goal in life , really means alot to me thank you Soo much launch to help me set up an account for just 20$ that is a blessing in disguise I know my grandpa is looking down from heaven smiling ❤️💯

The employees here are rude and have no professional courtesy. I scheduled an appointment at 5pm to open accounts for my children only to be turned away and told there would not be enough time. Then in the same moment they take another appointment that was set for 5:30 to open an account . I would never recommend this bank or branch to anyone who asks worst service ever. Do yourself a favor and bank with anyone else because if this is how they treat potential customers I'd hate to have to deal with them if we became members and had problems. * After I called to complain they had the branch manager (Julene) call me back and try to patronize with me.Once i asked her if she was present for the experience she said yes and told me goodbye .
