This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The ATM never works, the ATM almost never takes cash deposits or checks and now the ATM ate my money! Literally ate my money. My hard earned money that I was depositing is gone the machine didn’t even return it. The customer services is horrible. I tried calling the number they provided and it’s just a machine you can’t even get to a real person until working office hours.. are you kidding me?? Customer service is supposed to be 24/7 or if not at least have one! If I could give this bank a 0 star I would. I have tried calling everywhere and I got directed to a credit union line guess what? They don’t have access to the bank 😂😂😂 I can’t. Go else where.

This bank those not deserve a single star, they never fix any of your issues in the account, disputes always end up in they dont see nothing wrong so if ur money is gone its gone thats nothing they can do they never ever are able to fix any of ur issues besides they take for ever to tell you so, it takes them months to not resolve ur issues things that others bank take hours

Representatives on calls are very unprofessional.. They have no listening skills.. Always distracted during calls leading to unsatisfactory to customers. Staffs on calls are very uneducated as well..they should go to school to learn English language

Great service and wonderful people. So happy I found them and able to support my Latin community.

For me here there is very little professionalism, very bad attention. They take time to do everything, they believe a lot, they are conceited. The truth is I do not recommend this bank. Better to use Bank of America that also has Hispanics and they give them training on how to treat customers. Terrible place!

This place does not deserve a single star, terrible service the people who work here are not friendly, they talk to each other, only to have people waiting there for a long time, I don't know who is in charge of this place but really, no professionalism . Very very unpleasant experience.

Thank God I had the opportunity to meet the staff of this bank and for me they are very efficient, fast, friendly and above all they know how to respond to everything you need ... very satisfied.

The workers are friendly, but they take time to keep people, they pass it by talking and do not rush. Whenever boy it took about an hour just to make a deposit.

Petty experience nothing of courtesy It is a place where the lack of education is presumed almost an hour waiting and no one of the staff says a hi balla nothing at all the worst of the worst
