They are very nice professional people. They are always very friendly and take the time to answer all your questions! They educate you and guide you in the best way to manage your finances!

It has been the worst finance company I have ever owned. Not only did they not help my husband and me, but they also made it very difficult for us. It would have been better if they had told us from the beginning to go elsewhere. Gina Castillo is the worst manager I have ever met. She passed my credit 2 times without my authorization. It seems that he does not remember, but I asked him a question about what we needed to apply for a mortgage and to get out of me, as he always did, he ran my credit without my authorization, but I realized and told him that this is not done. Two years watching her for a mortgage, when all she had to say was that since I have social security, I needed to have better credit. I didn't ask him to help me improve it, ever! Now my husband, who is Mexican, needed other things. They never told us that. They removed the 2 inquiries that she made of my credit by the management, but the damage was already done 2 years ago that we began to see her. They believe that one has to humiliate oneself to receive their services, ha! If later people live and much better. Thank God we already applied in another bank, with my husband's ITIN and my social security number and everything is going smoothly. This is only 1/4 of my experience with these people.
