Last year we bought two Trucks, spending over $100,000. We decided to go back for a second purchase after being satisfied with our first. The second F-350 we bought was the determination NEVER to do business with them again! For anything!! We paid cash for this truck and were kept waiting approximately 3 hours to get into finance and were about ready to walk out and scrap the purchase when, in the nick of time we were finally seen. After I got the truck home I noticed the undercarriage had about 1/4 in of caked dirt. Furthermore the interior had leftover dog hair everywhere. Within 24 hours the tire pressure sensors ceased operations. Cost to repair $275. Within 5 days of purchase the heater/AC blower motor crashed. Cost to repair $575. Furthermore, Ford has a MyKey feature. I was given one key with the purchase and found out it takes two for the MyKey feature to be disabled. Cost for another key and programming about $250. (MyKey still not disabled) I wrote an email to LHM, described my circumstances, got a call from a concerned individual. He said he would get back to me on how to resolve this issue, I haven’t heard back from anyone! That was about two months ago. Also, as I went to the DMV to register the truck, a POA was not given with the paperwork, hence another trip to the dealership to resolve the issue. Oh, I saw the salesman who sold us the truck and was not recognized. You should have seen the air cleaner that came out of this truck, filthy and not checked. When purchasing the truck, we were told by the used car manager he had put way too much money in the truck to even leave any room for negotiation. We got about $250 off asking price. With all these issues you might want to consider shopping elsewhere!!!

I’ve experienced the same waiting issues. Every time I need to get my vehicle serviced they tell you they can get you in 1-2 weeks down the road. It is never a “sure we can get you in today or tomorrow”. However, the Phil Long dealership has a Quick Lane that doesn’t require an appointment!! You show up and they get you fixed up and on your way within a few hours!! Go to Phil Long if you’re looking for a quick service department!

Hit or Miss on service depending on who is working that day. Some times they are awesome and get your car done at the time they tell you... Other times The attendant pretends to shoot himself in the head because your car needs too much work. They often don't wash the vehicle, even when they take 5.5 hours to do an oil change. Sometimes they are beyond helpful and move fast. Other times not. Test your luck I suppose!

I used them for a simple oil change and coolant check. No appointment needed - I drove right up, dropped off my truck, and within about 5 hours time, they called me for pickup. Friendly and courteous staff.

Horrible, horrible experience .. I left my truck there for a oil change at 1pm.. I finally got a call at 4:30pm asking if I had a special key for a oil drain plug that I had no idea was special. (Mind you that these same people did my last oil change and took 2 1/2 hours) Well after i "authorized" these hacks to take off the drain plug, I got another call 2 hours later that it was finally completed. It took these m***** f****** 6 1/2 to complete a simple oil change, that in the first place was quoted by James to be 1 1/2 hours to do!! The supervisor that I also spoke with seemed to very understanding and I guess he tried to get things moving.. I have no idea if he even helped. I told them in the first place that money was no issue. It was mainly the time that was taken from my day and my plans on a Friday afternoon. I was taken away from much deserved friends and family time to have to deal with these people's ignorance. At the end of all this I was told that my truck got lost in the mix.. What kind of business are these people trying to run. In the eyes of customer service , this is ultimately unacceptable. I don't care if I got a discount, when and where can they refund me my time??!! And what haven't mentioned is that now there is an even worse oil leak and there is now a puddle of "black" oil under my truck. I proceeded to check the oil level and noticed that the oil is "black"! Pardon me and my experience, but shouldn't new oil show up as "light brown" in color?? I wonder if these dudes even completed what I was even there for.. The tire rotation was done, but I don't even have new weights on the tires to even show a balance was done, even when I specified it to be done.. I will not be returning to this "stealer-ship" and would advise other people to do so as well..

My husband took in my 2015 Ford explorer and traded it in for a 2016 Edge. For personal reasons we no longer needed the bigger vehicle and I have always wanted an Edge! so I was amazed that he took the effort and dealt with sales for a few hours, toddler in tow, to get it to a decent deal. needless to say I didn't drive it home, I came home to it in my garage and was ecstatic. I did have to drive back to dealership which IS NOT close approx. 40 miles one way to finish title work. I noticed it felt like the windshield was "wavy" didn't think anything of it, thinking it just needs to be cleaned. That was not the case. The windshield is defective and literally gives me a headache to drive for long periods of time. I notified the service dept who saw what I saw as well and submitted it to Ford for a replacement, in which It was denied. Week goes by, meanwhile I'm still driving and getting headaches and they are not offering to simply replace my defective windshield. I have called 2 auto glass companies that have stated that they have heard of the issue. Though it is not common, it does happen. I even went so far and to get an eye exam to make sure it wasn't just me. This is going on approx. 2 weeks of back and forth. Its not like I am asking for something so outrageous, or an upgrade of any novelty items. I just want to enjoy driving my car. And thinking that since I Bought it 3 weeks ago, warranty would cover it. NOPE denied and no one there willing to help out any longer... Very disappointed in the customer service and the outcome when I was soooo excited to get this vehicle. Larry H Miller will not get ANY of my future business.
