    Went here to change my auto pay from another bank to Landmark for my auto loan that is with Landmark. There were 4 employees- a teller up front, a teller in the drive through, a lady in a front office and a man in another office. When we walked in the teller was helping someone reorder a debit card. The guy in his office got up closed his door and went on phone. Someone walked in after us for an account and went to ask the lady to help them- mind you we were already waiting. The lady said the guy would help them and to take a seat or wait for the teller. The drive thru teller walked up to help us but couldn’t because he was in back and didn’t know how to do it. The employee lady walked over to the other guys office and said she was going to take the account and he told her no that would only be another minute. Yet- she didn’t offer to help us change auto pay ….. I’ve worked in banking- including a credit union my whole career so I know for fact if she can open an account she can do the form for auto pay. The only reason for 2 stars and not less is that teller. I felt so bad because I could tell he was over whelmed and stressed due to having to handle all teller transactions and things that bankers could do while being the only teller on the front line. We were there for about 30 minutes for something that could have been done by a banker assisting.

    I’d give this place no stars if I could! Paid off two vehicle loans and they reported late. Called them to straighten out and WOW the runaround was comical! Find another lender…these idiots don’t deserve to make money from anyone. I hope a real credit union with solid customer service skills buys them! I never will again.

    Trying to contact any branch by phone number and all I get are busy signals. No email, cannot go to the lobby, only drive thru service available - I am trying to pay off a loan - do they want my money or not? Edited Nov 2021 - I was able to contact the president of Landmark - One of their staff then contacted me soon after. Thank you. Landmark is really good at loans but please fix the phone system!

    impossible to get ahold of anyone. I refinanced with them and they lost my paperwork, scheduled meetings with me and forgot about them, started charging me for insurance even though paperwork was provided. They seem completely understaffed anytime you visit bank. Overall, it has been a horribly experience switching to this credit union.

    I've done my banking with them for years and will continue to do so. The service is great and the products they offer is extensive. I recommend them as opposed to any other bank in this area.

    Very disappointed in this location for a few reasons. Did a drive thru transaction there 10 days ago, did a cash deposit and updated some forms to link my accounts to my auto loan for online payments. First issue was they shorted us $100 on our deposit, since the lobby was closed we had to address this thru the drive-thru. Was told by the teller it was correct even tho me and my husband both knew it wasn't. They told us they would rebalance and check and give us a call. We asked to speak to the manager and she told us she was the manager. She did call us back a few hours later and told us it was correct and nothing else could be done. They apparently don't hand count their money, they just send it thru the machine. Was very frustrated by this but wasn't sure what our other options were as we weren't allowed inside. Next issue was we were told the accounts would be updated in 24 hours so we could make our loan payment online, 10 days later its still not updated. So I called and spoke to a very helpful woman who told me no forms were ever submitted or scanned in and we would have to redo them. So this teller/manager not only made $100 go missing but also lost our paperwork. I believe her name was Michelle. Very frustrated and disappointed.

    I need to remove a large amount of money and requested to have an office visit so I could make sure it was correct and that it was counted in front of me. Landmark said this had to be done through drive thru. I have been in the drive thru trying to complete this now for 23 minutes. They have screwed up the amounts twice. Open up the bank. If fast workers and retail can be open so can you

    Have a motorcycle loan through them. 5 receipts showed remaining balance. Recent one didn’t show any info. Also no lobby and if the drive thru is busy just drive away cause the service is SLOOOOOOOOOW.

    Have been a member for many years. Wait time to be expected given the necessary changes in the current environment. As always there are busy times like any other financial institution experiences. The tellers are professional, helpful and courteous.

    Very long wait times because they are operating with the lobby closed and drive thru only.. even though they have the option to now reopen the lobby from COVID lockdowns. Their choice to remain locked down makes it increasingly difficult to bank at Landmark Credit union. It is an extreme inconvenience and there's insufficient evidence that it is effective
