I’ve used Landings for years. I’ve got many car loans. And these people really care! I had to send a wire today and Becky helped me out. She’s a wonderful person who truly cares. Thank you very much!!

We were waiting for Chase to process our application for PPP 5 weeks and we talked with SBA they said to find another bank to work with. We worked with Landings and they got it moving in 24 hours. very pleased.

UPDATE: They sent our title to the wrong address even though we verified with them our current address. What an inept bank. Avoid at all costs, you'll thank me later. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They don't know much when you ask them questions and keep having to call the main branch and don't give you critical information that you may need to know. Avoid doing any business with this credit union. It's not worth the hassle and the headache you'll receive from them. They send letters to inform people of giant changes. It's 2019 get with the program folks. Emails, texts stuff like that. Letters get lost and sent to wrong addresses you'd think a financial institution would know that.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place just denied opening me a business account because I dont have a credit score of 580. I have owned 3 businesses for over 7 years and never once heard of a "qualifying credit score" as a requirement for opening an account. Im not trying to borrow money or get a loan! If fact, Im trying to give them my money! The worst part about it was that the representative didn't tell me this before he ran my credit! He said "im going to run you through chexsystems and credit now". Zero mention of needing a certain score to open an account. If I would have known 580 was the requirement I would have asked him not to pull it and save my credit the hit! What a joke of a bank.
