I have closed on four homes in my lifetime. This company is the absolutely the worst I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They boast about a 21 day closing - do NOT expect that with this company at all. They do not live up to their promise... and they always have excuses for all of their slow actions. I can assure you, I will never utilize this company again. Too many loan companies out there to be as slow as they are. It has been well over a month and we still haven't completed this transaction. There should be no reason from the day of close to the day of record it should take over three days. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Excellent responsiveness and creative solutions. They have not resold any of our loans so I don't have to change my billing/check every quarter which I love. My assigned reps were just awesome throughout the process.
