I had a fairly complicated process for buying a home and the Lance Dickson team at Nova helped me out. I also had some discrepancies amidst my taxes from my main occupation, that they were ultimately able to help me resolve with my employer. This helped me to get the loan amount I needed to get a new construction home. With any mortgage, the documentation needed before sending the loan to underwriting can be pretty extensive and whenever I had questions they were answered very promptly, which helped to ease the process and cut down on response time. Overall I had a great experience.
