    Had to give 1 star just to leave a review Ugh. Tired of receiving a monthly letter stating our account is past due by $1500. when we pay weekly for a total of $1800. a month!!! Was told that it's computer generated... Instead of looking at our perfect payment history, they send a "Past Due" notice when we OVERPAY EVERY MONTH!!! Seems our loan was bought out & now we're stuck with a HORRIBLE LOAN COMPANY

    This is beyond the worst finance company, I have ever dealt with. June I signed papers to refinance and have not heard one word since then. I have never ever in my life worked with a company like this. I worked with a Gerald, NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER! Sent emails, phone calls and no response. It makes me leery as to what happen with all of my information. RUN DON'T WALK!

    By far the worst customer service experience. When you call for refinance you are put in a repeating selection of options. Once you think you will talk to someone regarding refinance the same options repeat.

    Absolute worse! I've had other bad loan servicing companies that I'd give a 0 star if it were available but this company beats them by miles. A negative 1 star would be more appropriate. They create reasons to add more fees to your mortgage payment even when you're not late making it. Technically the mortgage payment is due on the 1st of the month (in a perfect world that would be great) but realistically for reasons typically beyond your control; that won't all the time happen. After the 15th of the month, would by many standards be considered late as is the case with other servicing companies. But these folks charge a late fee after the 5th and 2 other dates prior to the 15th. Absolute greed. Their site is a hot mess. Forget your password? no problem. Simply provide your SS number and the Loan Number (which everyone simply carries around in their wallet or knows like the back of their hand, right?) Several times after hopping through their hoops to regain access to make a payment and being provided a temp password. You enter "their" temp password in and voila! You're still locked out..."Problem occurred trying to validate the user credentials" REALLY?? With a password they provided??! Even on a good day when you're able to log into your account, you're greeted with the same annoying popup asking if your phone number is the same and etc. (WITH) a checkbox not to ask again. Next time you login, guess what..... Same freakin' popup. I hate this company. Thinking of refinancing JUST to loose them ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    This mortgage company is very unorganized and fraudulent. I have 2,200 hundred dollars in payments that are unaccounted for and when i provide them with bank statements and confirmation numbers they pt me on hold for 45minutes only to come back and say to send that info to payment research center. I have sent the info over and over. Nothing is done and they don't care.

    Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC.. bought the loans from RP Funding. Lakeview Loan Servicing keeps raising your house payment and then blames it on your homeowners insurance & PMI. PMI is a private mortgage insurance that protects the lender, not the buyer. PMI is optional and you do not have to have it but Lakeview Loan will tell you that it is mandatory. Lakeview will charge you a PMI on your monthly mortgage payment. Also your home owners insurance will constantly go up so therefore your mortgage payment goes up. If you live is Florida your homeowners insurance will go up every year because of all the hurricanes, even if you don't file a claim it will go up. A fixed rate is not a fixed rate, your mortgage payment will always go up. Lakeview always says there is a shortage at the beginning of the year so they can raise your mortgage payment. As a buyer you don't have a choice of anything when a loan company buys another loan companies loans. You are stuck as a homeowner with whoever buys out these loan companies. This is the biggest scam I have ever had to deal with and the government allows these loan companies and insurance companies to do this to the consumer. Do not get a loan through Lakeview loan company and if they took over from the last loan company beware!!!

    There company is the worst I've ever dealt with. After 2 month back and forth trying to cancel the PMI and never missed a payment for 7 years My house original value is $248000 And my loan amount now is $180000 I keep telling them the LTV is less then 74% And they keep saying it most be less then 78% Get a calculator and do the math you are talking to a robot and you can't even talk to the escrow dept. And how crooks they are . There sending me a general litter says as follow. Dear Mr. ....... We recently received a request to cancel the federal housing administration FHA annual mortgage insurance premium (MIP) On the above referenced loan. Please be advised that cancellation of FHA MIP is based on a number of factors, concluding, but not limited to the date the case number was assigned /loan closed, the loan term ,loan -to-value (LTV) FHA policy and the law. Our record indicate that the FHA MIP cannot be canceled at this present time below are the requirements. For loans closed (or assigned a case number ,as applicable ) between Jan 1 2001 -june 2 2013 , the annual MIP will be canceled when the LTV reaches 78% as follow : Loan terms longer than 15 years -the MIP most be paid for at least 5 years consestenenly. And should you have any questions please call us followed with some junk. I need numbers I don't need general letter this shows how dishonest your company are . I have met all conditions to remove the PMI Unless if you can prove otherwise with complete explanations The PMI should have been removed more then 2 years ago. Stop calling me and sent me your junk mail to refinance I will not refinance through your company . since I never financed Through you first time but unfortunately my loan was sold to your company.

    i'd give half a star if possible, when they called my wife's number trying reach me they spoofed her area code and then when she gave them my number they spoofed my area code (we have different area codes on our phones) that threw a red flag. i spoke to the sale guy and while he seemed nice he was pushy and i get it he's a sales guy but so am i and i don't do well with that so they don't know their audience. when i went to verify them with my lender, it checked out but when i called back to their corporate number the guy that answered was posturing about how they have to take tests and licenses and so forth. no customer service skills. don't waste your time with this group.

    If I could rate this company negative 5 stars I would. They are THE absolute worst mortgage company I have ever had. They lose payments, escrow is calculated incorrectly, the customer service is rude, they have ridiculous nonsense fees. If you can avoid having them service your mortgage you are better off.
