    My husband and I moved here in April 2020 while most of the buildings were still under construction. Now everything is open and there are many residents. We fell in love with our apartment on first sight! Spacious floor plans, reasonable rent, awesome pool and clubhouse! Alexandra in the leasing office and Catherine the property manager are both doing a great job and very friendly.

    Do not move here!!!! I have been complaining about this dog in my neighbors apartment that keeps barking all day while I’m trying to sleep. There have been nothing done to stop this dog from barking so it’s pretty obvious that the leasing office could care less. Not to mention the rent goes up at every renewal. The only good thing about this complex is the spacious apartments with paper thin walls and the clean pool…….that’s it!

    As a second year tenant, I am very disappointed in the direction this apartment complex has taken. The complex has recently changed the staff and policies. Prior maintenance was here within a day or two, now repair requests are not addressed within a week or two. Leasing prices have risen substantially. In addition, the new staff is rude and unresponsive to noise complaints. Please take notice of all the current vacancies, which were once completely filled under the previous management.

    This place is amazing! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is unbelievable. Any work order I’ve had was handled promptly and professional. I’ve been living in the community for 2 months now and I’ve never felt so much at home in such a short time

    We moved here about 3 months ago and since then it's been an absolutely pleasant experience. Office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Had a couple minor maintenance issues arise - and they were addressed and handled the same day (shoutout to Anthony). I have and will continue to recommend this community to friends and family.

    This is my second year here and the new leasing staff sucks plus maintenance takes forever! I miss the old staff they were friendly and greeted you as soon as you walk in. This new lady with the blonde hair looks at me with a stank look on her face. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to a homeless person on the streets!

    It looks nice on the outside and that’s about it. There is no insulation and you hear every noise your neighbors make which interferes with my work from home situation. The lease agreement forces you to pay for internet service that is extremely slow and unstable. In order to continue work from home I spend an additional $70 a month on top of their $100 fee for something I can’t use. I’ve also been injured multiple times attempting to open the lock on the trash compactor, which is the only means of trash disposal. The three times it’s happened I’ve had to seek medical treatment for a finger laceration. The office was notified timely and they refused to address my complaint. The one thing they are fantastic at is increasing rent upon renewal.

    I just moved in recently and the apartments are beautiful and the front office is so kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice modern apartment!

    Wow. Beautiful Brand New spacious apartments in a great location. Corner of US 98 and Clubhouse Road in South Lakeland. Behind McDonald's and across the highway from Publix and Mid FL Credit union. 1711 sq ft for 2 bedroom. Huge. Patio is almost 10x12. Large walk in laundry room/ pantry. (Washer and dryer hook-up, not actual appliances). But all stainless steel kitchen appliances including fridge, flat top stove, above stove microwave, and dishwasher. Extra 8x8 storage room next to dining room. Jack and Jill walk through guest bath. Double vanity in master bath and huge walk in closets. Master has separate tub and walk in shower. Ceiling fan in both bedrooms and Living room. Faux hardwood floors in all rooms except the closet and bedrooms. They are carpet. Third floor has vaulted ceilings. Excellent wifi in units and community center. Too much to list. New leasing office, Clubhouse and pool just opened up 9/5/20. Gorgeous! Not only nicest I've ever lived in but also that I visited either through a friend's house or touring a different property. Alexandria and Katherine will definitely take care of you. Alexandria was my leasing Agent. Super professional, friendly and patient showing us different units on different floors to compare mirror images and views. Comparing 2 vs 3 bedrooms etc. Easy leasing process. And she always seems eager to help in any way she can. Katherine is new property manager after Conner completed initial opening. Katherine is super outgoing and seems just as excited about the property as you will be. She will make you feel invited and welcome. She knows the property. She lives here. That's always a plus. But to be honest, they don't even have to sell you on renting the apartment. The property practically does it itself once you tour it. I've been a home owner for 27 years and only been in apartments for the last 5. I moved in here in July and we are all in. I couldn't be happier. Great experience so far.And oh, before I forget. Let's talk about maintenance. Ismail is the head of Maintenance. Super nice, knowledgeable, friendly guy. Being new, hardly needed anything, just a few touch ups and some questions. But same day response with complex about 1/3 to 1/2 full so far. I really couldn't be happier. Excellent place to call home. This is view from my balcony.

    This apartment complex is horrible, the clubhouse manager has kicked out several of my guest from the pool for having a small speaker and for being at the pool after I left. Terrible customer service experience. Super expensive rent. Not worth it.
