I wish I could give this company 0 stars! They are HORRIBLE to work with, unprofessional and down right disappointing. We purchased an acre and let them handle the closing. After we wired all fees, our realtor called the day after and told us Heather who was handling the case gave us the wrong amount and it was actually another 850 bucks we needed to wire again. If that wasn’t enough after we closed we received a statement from the estate we purchased the property in stating that we owed monies for the transfer fees. We called and they said this title company NEVER contacted them and it looked as if we purchased the property without a title company involved. We are looking to purchase more properties and fix and flip homes and Never is an understatement when it comes to use Lake Wales Tile Company again! You guys are incompetent and inefficient! This review is edited! Brandon the owner of the company called my husband up personally to resolve these issues and we are jovial with the outcome! Thank You Brandon! And that’s why the statement Never say never is very true, your honesty and ability to be humble have changed our minds and we will be back to patronize your company again!

Poor service. Did not procure proper forms. Estoppo, the H.O.A. has 12 days to provide the completed form. If I hadn't had a friend to help me Lake Wales title would have delayed or blown the sale altogether. Lake Wales title company seems to expect their clients to read minds. Why should the seller be waiting for the buyer an hour? Someone could have mentioned they would be coming later. Instead leaving me to wait the hour. I recommend you NOT USE THESE GOOFS!
