I had a leak I need to get done ASAP because it created a huge flood and not even 20 minutes from that call wilfredo came in and fixed it with no problem

Stella help me get my apartment home, God bless her patience. She worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. The office staff is sweet and always happy. If you are looking for a new home, Lake Tivoli is the place to go. Make sure you see Stella, trust me she is truly a fresh of breath air.

Everything in my apartment is broken or severely inefficient, yet they keep raising the rent. They try to drain residents of as much money as possible and it doesn't seem like they do anything to earn it. You have to pay them for the right to maintain your own home.

Bunch of crooks. They will bleed you for your money legally and offer no asistance what so ever. Even the maintenance supervisor is rude and lives in the complex. The community manager was so disrespectful with a chopped English and poor communication skills. Pool was always broken and took forever to get fixed . Lived there for 2 years and would not recommend moving here.
