Nice ladies, but I'll be in the line of two people for half an hour because only one staff member will be doing their job and helping everyone else. The other two or three staff will be standing around doing nothing. And after two confirmations of which account to put my checks in, they still get put in the wrong one.

Ashley Pratt was beyond helpful with our boat loan , answered all our questions and made it seamless.

Fail to mention they hold your first deposited check for 9 days.

Absolutely LOVE the staff at this location! My husband and I have been with a different credit union for about 10 years, so it was a difficult and scary decision to switch to a different one. The staff at LMCU made us feel so welcome, and answered all of our questions (we had a ton of them!) without hesitation. I will recommend this location to everyone! :)

I went in for the first time to open a new account with a few concerns about leaving my current bank. Spencer was more than helpful with my new account. He went above and beyond to make me understand everything ! I highly recommend Alpine Lake Michigan Credit Union.

I have been a member for over 20 years at Lake Michigan credit union and I can confidently say that this branch is an absolute joke and probably the most disappointing branch I have ever visited. Every single time I come in they are extremely understaffed and slow to assist you. When you express your concerns to the teller, the best they can do is say sorry and you can come back later I guess. If you wanted anything done in a reasonable amount of time, try any other location or perhaps even a different institution because this branch simply needs to be closed down or management needs an overhaul.

I have been with LMCU 12+ years. I live out of the area and this location is not the closest to me. I choose to come to THIS location because of the friendly staff. The night deposit box and adjacent atms are among the best features here. The down side can be how busy it gets but it has never been horrible.

Ashley went above and beyond to verify and deposit a check for us. She called several other bank locations to verify the check and get it deposited the same day. Thank you for showing customer service! We appreciate you.
