Love this place. They are so friendly. They made it super easy for me to buy a car, I was able to do alot of stuff online & just go sign the papers. I have a special needs child & instead of sitting the all day we were in & out in about 2 & a half hours. Thank you John for making it super easy.

Called beforehand to confirm a used prius was in inventory and ready to test drive. The woman who picked up the phone Pamela said it was ready and we arranged an appointment. I drove 50 miles only for Pamela to not be there and the prius wasnt ready for a test drive. Very frustrating.

I am very disappointed, before the deal they said they were gonna detail and wax our vehicle and fill up our gas tank since it was on empty when we purchased it. Once the deal was done their "gas card" wasn't working and they gave us the vehicle the same as before. They said to come back the next day so we did, they had us waiting for a very long time to later tell us that their "gas card system" was still down. Once the deal is done they throw you to the side and don't keep their word.

Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, is NOT a place to purchase a vehicle. Especially if it is from people like Emily Sanchez, Natalie Diprimio or Hans Terkelsen. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from those three. They lie, and lead you on, I wouldn't buy a car from them or that dealership if they were the last ones around. Trust Me, Keep far away..
