Love my local KS Bank in Kenly, NC. I was on vacation and was stuck in the airport trying to pick up my rental vehicle. Had so e issues because I woke up early and made so e online transactions to pay some online bills, had no idea that was going to cause me issues in the airport but after 2 plus hours in the airport, I had to wait for my Bank to open. That's when my day turned around, when I call my Bank I heard that familiar voice of Melissa Curry on the other end and after about 3 minutes on the phone with Melissa and the credit card company I was finally on my way to enjoy my vacation.
