Although the purchase of my new vehicle went well, that is where it went wrong. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they didn't have a part for my remote starter, and that I would have to come back to have it installed. After 11 days, I drove the 30+ miles to get it installed, and was told that I would have to come back yet again to get a second key programmed. I couldn't have been told that before I made the long drive? I am very disappointed.

My husband and I were very impressed with the friendy atmosphere at this facility. John is a pleasure to do business with and the whole process was simple and efficient. Would recommend John Dreps if you want a no nonsense, friendly and very knowledgeable salesperson! Thanks John and the rest of the Krystal team.
Hi Michele, Thank you for your review and your business. We are happy to hear what a help John was for you during this process. We look forward to seeing you in the future. Thank you, Krystal CJDRF Team

This dealership sets a very high bar for customer service. I woke up that morning and decided this was the day I was going to trade vehicles! Got there at noon..........by the time I had test driven my vehicle of choice, my trade in was valued (for what I was expecting) and by 4:30 I was on my way home in my new Jeep Cherokee! If you are looking for excellent sales service, go see John Dreps at Krystal Chrysler-Jeep_Dodge, Inc. You won't be sorry
Roseanne, it's wonderful to hear that you had such a nice experience with us! Our team is proud of our friendly, hassle-free service. We appreciate your business, please let us know if we can be of help in the future!

John Dreps is great to work with, honest and friendly! I bought two vehicles from him! Tim Maltbie is also a terrific team player. Would deal with him again! (Service department not so much. Attention to detail and smarts are not their forte, and judging by their Facebook posts, I can see why.) All in all, a great dealership!

I'm possibly the cheapest guy in the Capital District, but I appreciate convenience and honesty when buying a new car. Working with Krystal in Warrensburg achieved all of my goals. They were Honest, Easy to work with, and also had Incredible deals. They don't play the "let me go talk to my manager" game either. I know they are inconveniently located north of Warrensburg, but make a day of it. Stop in Lake George for B-fast or Lunch and visit these guys. I recommend asking for John, he was great to work with. Who cares about flashy! You don't need a brand new building or a service area with massage-chairs. If you're anything like me, you'd rather the dealership save the money on flashy-ness and just discount the cars! Overall, A+. That's a tough grade to get from a guy like me. Give them a try!

Found car on Auto trader app for $5,000 at Krystal. Sales was good. Financing fair. Payments low. $5,000 for the car including the undercoating. Then another $1,800 for the warranty. Which was a separate bill. Couldn't finance it into the whole loan Asked to have them get car ready by the time I return from vacation. Returned, but car was not ready. After nearly two weeks. Had to wait a few days more. Even then, problems occurred. Some of which were ignored, or possibly patched. Only speculation there. CEL came on in less than a week. Took it in for repairs, Krystal fronted the money to pay for the manifold Loaners given when repairs were being done. Had to bring it back for the O2 sensors (makes sense). Both went at different times. Finally cleared the CEL within the 1st month. Brought car to Jiffy Lube. They dumped my transmission fluid and the old oil was left in with 4qt of new oil on top. Krystal helped fix those issues. Loaner car was not available. Used warranty to cover for rental. Old radiator hose burst, replaced with help of local mechanic. He noticed that the radiator fluid was a bit milky looking. Drove it to Krystal to get their diagnosis. They did single coolant flush (close to Winter) Months later, another radiator hose burst. Had to tow it back to Krystal They recommended I get the radiator replaced, which was covered under the warranty ($200 deductible). Turned that down. Had local mechanic flush the coolant system. Still milky, he said. Keeping an eye on coolant levels. About this point, I put a previous review on Yelp regarding my issues with this car, which was supposed to be a reliable used car. Krystal called and asked for me to take it down. They then proceeded to tell me that they put a lot of money into the car (like 1/2 the value at this point) and that if I had problems to talk with them. However, I have been telling them all the issues I've been having and expressed that I shouldn't be having problems like this so early in owning a used car. They promised to waive the diagnostic fee on the radiator if I complied. I did. Funny oil smell. Had local mechanic replace the valve cover gasket. Oil leak for a while. Since about February, started to notice a loud rumbling noise. Had both wheel bearings replaced late winter / early spring. Still noisy. Late spring, got winter tires swapped out for original tires when car purchased. Asked Tire Warehouse to do the tire swap and an alignment. Had to replace one of the ball joints to do this. Then replaced the other ball joint with local mechanic. Whilst there, asked what leaked substance was coming out of the engine. Turns out it was coming from the thermostat housing and was mixing coolant with oil. He recommended changing out the head gasket, which just after was when I started looking for a new car. He noted that there's still a milky substance and the coolant was nearly gone. Still had a few thousand miles left on the warranty, so I took it to a different Chrysler dealership that would look at my car. They said the thermostat housing should be replaced which was not covered under the warranty. The head gasket was. I told my local mechanic and he said that I could do that work, but then it would build pressure up elsewhere and could very likely cause the head gasket to rupture when it was already leaking. Making the repairs cost another $1600 to do all that work. Total repairs out of my pocket net almost $3,000. Whilst Krystal handed over about $2,500 for the manefold, cat and sensors. Much more than the car was worth to them. Opinion: It should not cost more to repair in the first year than the total value of the vehicle. The dealership should be responsible for making sure the car is ready to take on an owner and not have this many problems. Overall, my experience with Krystal was subpar. They seemed like they just wanted to get the car off the lot. They didn't seem to care too much about the condition of the car as it left the lot. So in conclusion: I would not recommend Krystal. Not unless you're planning on getting a new car instead.

Absolutely appalling! Car was given to my daughter and told she had been approved for loan. It was a verbal approval. The bank ended up denying the loan AFTER she had the car for 6 days. The dealership even had the car put on her insurance and gave her brand new plates from DMV. So 6 days after she thought she had purchased the car they called her and threatened to call the police if she didn't have the car returned by 5 pm the next day. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. In my opinion, I would never, ever, ever, do business with such an unscrupulous dealership. Shame on them for doing this to people!!! We are filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. This was completely unethical.

Once I figured out what I wanted and the found it sitting on Krystal’s lot, the rest went off without a hitch. Ended up stopping by on the last day of the month, got a decent trade-in allowance and drove off in a new Jeep in record time. Thanks to Tim and Jared for pulling it all together and making it happen.
Thank you so much for the kind comments, Cynthia! We're glad Tim & Jared had the opportunity to help get you behind the wheel of your new Jeep. We appreciate your business and hope you'll be visiting us again - in the meantime, enjoy your new ride and please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do for you!

Service department is excellent. Great work at a fair price. I drove an hour and a half to get my truck serviced and I will continue driving that far for service from a dealer I trust.
Thank you so much for the kind review, Matthew! We appreciate you trusting our team with your truck's service, and making the hour and a half drive to come visit us - we look forward to the next one!
