We give Kristy five stars. Frequently checking in to update us on progress. However, at signing, the documents were not printed out properly, not aligned for signatures. We needed to have our daughter sign due to our trust. We ended up having to return the next day after the docs were printed out properly. Did work out, since our daughter is local. Just inconvenient.

Kristi is super easy to work with and on top of every detail. It was a pleasure to work with her. She took the time to explain everything needed which was a huge help to me.

She was fast and thorough. My husband and I are self employed, which means there are a lot of documents we needed to provide. She was on top of things and had us closing on our second home in 30 days!
