If I could give -1 star, I would! I purchased a mattress, box spring, head and footboard from Underpriced Furniture in April. Kornerston Credit financed the purchase. The lady at UF quoted 12 most same as cash and monthly payments. Which actually was not monthly but instead deducted every 2 weeks from my account. I look at my balance this morning to see that it has almost tripled what I was due to pay at the beginning of the contact. I call in to speak to someone at Kornerstone Credit and was told that the purchase was 90 days same as cash and not 12 months like I was initially quoted at the store. She explained that fees and interest had now been added and this explained the increase in the balance. Smoke came out of every hole in my body, I was in disbelief that 1st, I was quoted the wrong info at purchase 2nd I wasn't given any notice of the upcoming 90 expiration date that I had no knowledge of and 3rd who could be so heart and spineless to rob hardworking people of their money like this. After speaking with a manager, she explained that she could drop the fees and balance to $1200 from the new $1700 balance. I was like absolutely not, I'm not paying $1200 when I should only owe $300 . I asked how they could lay their heads down on their pillows at night to sleep knowing that they are robbing people like this. She said the lowest she could offer would be $431 . I agreed to this amount and will be paying this off in full. My advice is to put your reading glasses on and read your contract in full from top to bottom. Get names of people in the store that quoted you and never shop at Underpriced furniture. These are predatory lenders who are openly taking advantage of uneducated people or people like me who simply don't read their contracts. I don't know about others but I work too damn hard for my money and will be damn if I let someone legally rob me. I will also be reporting both Kornerstone and Underpriced furniture for these predatory lending practices.

I did not have any problems with Kornerstone, they worked with me when other finance company would not.

This is my third time using Kornerstone and I’ve never had issues, and their customer service is great. Recommend using their service and will definitely use their services again.

This is the worst company ever you paid more than they said , tell you one price is another price they set up ur payments for one year without ur consent .
