Cant never deposit money at their atm

Probably the best place on earth, PERIOD. Compared to other banks I've used before them my experience with TVA has been the best with quality service and respect. It helps the employees feel really chill and relaxed and knew exactly what to do to help me when I was in a pickle.

Terrible service my card got hacked and used at this location atm . So went here to get answers wanted to talk to branch manager on why iam not getting alerts ? What happened ? So first it was she was I. A important call and they did t want me to wait . I said that’s ok I’ll wait , then they came out saying she has to leave for a very important meeting 🤔🤔🤔🤔it’s 9:30 bank opens at 9 . Then she proceeds to says there was a lot of fraud ok so why didn’t I get any alerts ? Nothing she can’t talk to me . You don’t have time for your members you became a manager how ???? That’s ok boo I’ll go to another location and talk smack about the service I received at your location get my answers and file a complaint . You did nothing for me but make a new card .

I just talked to sweetest girl, Brittany, on the phone at the Bearden Branch. She was very helpful, patient, and informative. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I just wanted to give her a shout out for being so kind and helpful!

Terrible. They have the most nonsensical rules, which have no purpose other than to inconvenience you. No other financial institution is so magnificently unreasonable. Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy spending 20 minutes on transactions that should take 5 and that you could do at the drive through anywhere else.

I love coming in this branch! I come in every time I have a transaction just because the customer service is so great. (Especially Brittany and Kendal!)

I encountered one of the most disrespectful people here. I feel as if I was discriminated against and I have closed my account permanent due to this . I will not be returning to Tva banks .

Love these people. They always resolve my issues, no matter how messy they are. Down to earth, friendly and know their stuff!
