She is very responsive, and has worked around the clock dealing with different lenders, multiple issues that arose during this process and with her expertise we were able to close on our dream farmhouse. I am an attorney and I was equally impressed with Kristi's real estate knowledge as I was with her personality. I could not more highly recommend her or her team! 10/10

My husband and I just purchased our first home and working with Jennifer Bingham was amazing! My husband and I moved from IL and we didn’t have the capability to physically view homes in MI, be there for the appraisal, inspection, or signing! Jennifer went above and beyond by taking videos and FaceTiming us to see every home we were interested in, answering all of our first time home buyer questions, and physically being there for every scheduled appointment! My husband recently finished his enlistment in the Marine Corps and Jennifer knows first hand as a military spouse what it is like buying a home sight unseen, as well as utilizing a VA home loan! I highly recommend Jennifer at KNE Realty!

I was so worried and nervous about buying my first home, but KNE Realty made the process as stress free as possible! I worked with Kristi Roberts and let me tell you what, she when above and beyond for me and made sure I was taken care of! I never once questioned if I made the right decision! Trust me, if you need a realtor go with KNE! They have such an awesome team!

I used Ed Roberts as my realtor to purchase a home from multiple states away. He was great hustling to houses and showing me the houses virtually. His cell phone service and data tended to be poor for the homes in Lapeer so that added some challenges. Ed ultimately got me the house I wanted and I am grateful for the service. However, I would not use KNE Realty or Ed again. The communication and follow-up has consistently been lacking and I ended up needing to continually follow-up numerous times for simple things. Additionally, when Ed would call me, more times than not he would get another call and apologize saying he needed to call me back. He did not make me feel like I was a priority ever. He did not even follow-up with me to see how my move-in went.

My husband and I moved from California to Michigan. While house hunting we were unable to be there in person. Through the time difference and not physically being there, Jennifer B, made the house buying process a breeze! We are also first time homebuyers and Jennifer explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood all the “home buying” terms. Jennifer would go to each house and FaceTime us as well as put together a video to send us. With the move we also had a specific time line we needed to move in by. Jennifer and her team kept their eyes open for a few months! We are so thankful we were placed in Jennifer’s hands at KNE realty group!!

I could not recommend nor would I use this realtor again. Realtor did not confirm all contingencies were corrected (which they were not), the sellers did not pay the final water bill, and there was no protection to me, the buyer, in my contract if the sellers failed to be out of the house after the 40 days free occupancy. Which it turned out, they were refusing to leave until one hour before I was suppose to get the keys. The contract said the sellers would have to pay DOUBLE the daily rate of ZERO dollars per day if they did not vacate. There was a great commission but seems like this realtor was working for the seller, not me.

Kristi was amazing. She was very proactive in helping find a home for us. She showed no frustration whatsoever when we didn't like a home she drove a long way to get a video for us. She was very patient with us as we were out of state buyers so most everything was done by video or email up until inspection. Kristi also emailed us and discussed business while she was on vacation in Florida when we finally found a home (which we closed on yesterday). She is very knowledgeable in VA loans and made that process seem so much less stressful than it could have been if I was working with someone less knowledgeable. Honestly, if I could give her extra credit, I would give her 10 out of 5 stars! Great job! Would highly recommend.

Kristi Roberts was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and informative before, during, and after my home buying process. As it was my first house (and first time moving out) things were very confusing and stressful, but Kristi and the KNE realty team were enthusiastic about helping me reach my goal and made the entire process way easier than I could have thought. Absolutely recommend going through her for anything real estate!
