This company does a great job of managing some very nice homes in Pacific City area. We have used them twice and have had great & accurate service. During 2020, they took appropriate precautions during COVID-19 with clean houses & procedures. They were less responsive than usual in 2020, but I know they were short-staffed & stretched in order to comply with COVID issues. So, under the circumstances, they really did quite well. House prices seemed competitive versus other things we looked at. We will very likely use them again!

We had an amazing family vacation staying at this location. Location was great for us as we spent a lot of time at Sand Lake riding ATV's with family and friends. House was very clean and stocked with everything you could need for cooking.

We stayed at 135 Swallows Nest. This is an amazing home! Well stocked and very comfortable! Master suite has everything you could ask for! Reverse living floor plan and great deck off the kitchen with a peek-a-boo view of the beach. Easy access to playing in the sand and close walking distance to Pelican Brewing and shopping. Plenty of room downstairs to host guests! Can't wait to go back again!

First of all we loved the location. The deck was nice and big. Hot tub was such a plus. It was very clean. It’s not real big and looked like they just replaced the water. We liked all the room there was for everybody. We had great fun. But we always do. The rental people were good, they responded quickly when we saw that the bbq was a mess and there was no propane and there was a big pile of grease on the deck. We stayed there for 4 nights in July, 2020. Spent $2152.00 with all the fees.(not incl. the refundable deposit) We were ok with that, but the home was in need of update and repair. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were open ceiling. That is the main level where the living room and kitchen are. Open ceilings in a round house Aren’t unusual but there was no mention of that in description or reviews. If you’re sleeping upstairs ALL noises are heard. They are accentuated because of the ceiling shape as well. I’ve stayed in other round houses that put ceilings in the bedrooms, so I didn’t expect this. The bathrooms had MDF moulding on the floor that were all water damaged. You don’t put MDF in potentially wet rooms. The kitchen table and chairs were too big and heavy for the space in the kitchen. I’m truly not picky and wouldn’t normally care except for the fact that it was expensive for the condition of the house. $2150\4 nights =$537.50 per night. Really, is that the cost for a run down home?. We were expecting a house in better condition.

The house was fine, near the beach and had everything we needed. Not much in the way of cute beach decorations you find at some others, but that's not really why you choose a vacation house.

I rented a house in Pacific City from Kiwanda Coastal Properties and they provided excellent service. I appreciated the texts and email communications about my stay. I will rent from them again.

Booked a last minute trip to the coast. Found this place on Air BNB. Nice little house. Perfect for 2 to 4 people. Open floor plan and convenient location in Pacific City. Well cleaned and bright home. Very close to the water. The only complaint I have is that the tv and streaming setup are not good. The tv is very small and they have a blue ray step that is hard to use. I recommend spending the $40 and get a Roku. We could not figure out how to log out and log in to use Netflix or how to add Hulu to the system. Not a huge deal as we did not watch a lot of tv but it is nice to have.

The house itself was fine.. the location of this home is located right on the main road so car noise is an issue. Also- we drove around in circles for about 10 min as the highlighted address listed on the reservation forms provided to us was incorrect. The wifi address was also incorrect.

excellent care at every step of the booking all the way to check out - including a great email telling us we had the option of checking in early (we realize this doesn't always happen, but what a sweet surprise) - allowing us to arrive early & enjoy an incredible afternoon at the beach!

We have used Kiwanda Coastal Properties for years now to stay in beautiful Pacific City. They are always attentive and have a great selection of beachfront homes for a variety of needs. Will continue to book through them!
