They don't do business with black people. The man told us 1500 down and then denied us before the paper work could. Don't waste your time going to these people. The man behind the desk looked like he knew NOTHING about cars. Wife beater on what kinda sales man does that?? Don't waste your time.

I really wanted to by a car from this company but the owner Jake and employees are very argumentative. It is clear they dont care if they get your business or not nor do they try to work are on ways to make the experience better for the customer. Please be AWARE YOU CAN NOT TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE A VEHICLE !! Which is crazy !!

Purchased 2nd vehicle from this place about 11 months ago, absolutely love Kinnick auto credit. This is my go to place for a vehicle. Two thumbs up!

If I could give them NO STARS I would, financed a car in February have had full coverage on the vehicle since day 1, every time I made a payment they stated that I had no insurance, they came and repossessed the vehicle when I was at work, didn't even attempt to call. I made 2 payments and never recieved a reciept for those payments and when I asked why I was never given a reason, but recieved a reciept the following day for the payment that I had made previously. The owner is rude and non understanding that life happens. When I went to retrieve my items from the car they went through the car and packed everything up and had it in the truck, The VALID FULL COVERAGE Insurance (which is the reason why they claim they repossessed the car) card which was in an envelope in the glove compartment was crumbled in the bottom of the bag of my items. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THEM, they are INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !

My Girlfriend recently put $1,000 down payment on a 05Ford Expedition truck about a week ago 3/18/18 and we have taken it back to get fixed like 3 times already claims she has Warranty but they said she have to get the truck fixed somewhere else and pay for it to get fixed. Thats crazy when we only drove it off the lot, than instantly it start messing up from there. Remind you we just put down a$1,000 downpayment to finance the truck we thought was in Great condition! Had it for a week now and it's been in the shop majority of the time. They keep having to fix on it! Cant even get our money back for the Lemon they sold to her!! Wish I can rate them 0 stars!

If I could give no stars I would brought the car and broke down as soon as I got it the same day had to pay to replace things…….very rude people working at this car dealership would not recommend they have a lot of bad cars and when I stated I was going to get a diagnostic to fix it the came and picked it up!!!’

This place is such a disaster. We bought a car from them in March 2018 with full coverage insurance and evertime we go in or call they are asking for the insurance information. Then when we give it to them they want to say it bogus or cancelled. Then we you prove them wrong they have nothing to say. Don't ever use these people
