Kinecta Federal Credit Union - Tustin Park Ave, Tustin

My experience with Kinecta was amazing to say the least. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eric helped my brother and I open an account, he was really knowledgeable and he made us feel comfortable. I wish I would've banked with Kinecta sooner, 5 stars all the way.

This is how banking should be! When I entered the bank I was immediately greeted by Eric Reynolds (Sr. Personal Financial Advocate). Eric was incredibly helpful in every aspect of my banking transactions. He was providing relevant information about my transaction that saved me money. This is a Win/Win for both the institution and the costumer; when you have well trained and amazing personnel like Eric interacting with your customers, it makes the customers feel that this is where they want to keep their money.

Yesterday I went to this Kinecta branch to start a membership and open an account. I also wanted to get a line of credit as well. Eric Reynolds did an amazing job helping me with setting up my membership, checking account, as well as applying for the line of credit. He has top notch customer service skills. And, I even got an answer on the line of credit same day. Ekram was the other representative there that day and was also very helpful. He offered excellent advice when the 3 of us were discussing the best options to suit my needs. They took the time to help me get the right solutions for me. And, that is priceless. A mark of professionals. The atmosphere is very friendly, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend getting a membership and whatever accounts you need at Kinecta, and when you do, ask for Eric!!! He will take excellent care of you!

Worked with Ryan Beckley and he was extremely helpful! Very professional! I also worked with Moses and he was extremely helpful as well. Now I'm working with another David for my car loan and he is great as well! Great Staff! Great Service! No complains here!

Stopped in the branch today about issues I was having with my account. Necthe was very friendly and was able to assist me. I was able resolve all my issues. Everyone in the branch is very helpful and friendly would recommend it to anyone who is trying to open a new account.
