This place is incredibly unethical!!! I was trying to start a business, got insurance quote for strictly one job I was trying to take on for big money. I Provided the owner of this establishment with documentation from 3rd party insurance compliance company for the insurance I needed to be approved. The owner/ agent quoted me and I paid a full quarter up front. I stayed in contact with the 3rd party insurance compliance company almost daily, they sent several requests to the owner/ agent for documentation.... eventually I provided them the information I had been given, it was not what was needed. I called the owner/ agent and they said it was right and they had spoken to the 3rd party insurance compliance company to get corrected... 2 more weeks pass, I again get a rejection from the 3rd party insurance compliance company... I call the owner/ agent and leave messages, this happens every other day for 2 weeks, they don't answer my calls... I call from my sons phone and get through, get the run around that she will call me back by end of day... Never get that call, next day and for a week straight I call daily now and no answer... I attempted multiple emails aswell, still no response... I eventually go down to the office and am told excuses of a flood they dealt with the past 2 weeks... I was assured the agent finally had all fixed on 10/6, I started this policy on 8/17... well guess what on 10/12 I got another rejection letter.... on 10/15 I called to cancel my policy... Today I come home ro a almost $1,000 bill due to policy increases for dates of 8/17-12/10... look I don't even care for the month extra I paid as I canceled 2 months in and paid for 3 month but somehow an extra month is added and the entire policy... it was only $400ish for a quarter... how in the world is $1,000 anywhere in the picture... stay away ppl. State farm is great, I found a good agent off Wadsworth and Florida in Lakewood that I will use in the future. As for this place I also logged a complaint with the bbb just before jumping on here... Hopefully this crook ok a insurance agent makes things right.....
Chuck, Please let me address your accusations. I document phone calls, emails and Certificate of Insurance requests for all my clients in their digital household notes. I have emails and phone calls logged with times and dates which directly refute your review. Also, I'm glad you called the BBB as they will be able to confirm your review is nothing but slander. My agency is open Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. I did not close my office during Covid as it would not be in the best interest of my clients. I can show via call log every time and date we reached out to you if we needed information for your business policy. We did not need information from you, we were trying to help you get your Business Certificates of Insurance approved. I have all the Certificates of Insurance we provided for you to NetVendor for Greystar. These certificates were sent on 8/17/2021, 9/20/2021 and 10/04/2021. The certificates were completed properly and accepted by both NetVendor and Greystar for your business policy. However, they also required liability limits for your autos (which are not insured with State Farm) and liability limits of a Commercial Liability Umbrella Policy which is also not with State Farm. I called and emailed these requirements to you so you could understand what the vendors were requiring for their contractors to conduct business with them. I did not receive a response from you via email or via phone. I have documented the dates and times we tried to reach you. We did not hear back from you until the day you wanted to cancel your policy. I was in the office and sitting next to my team member when you used profanity directed at her --- which I will not tolerate. I asked my team member to transfer the call over to me but you hung up before I could speak with you. I called you back and you hung up on me again. I then explained to you via email why your certificates were not being accepted by NetVendor and GreyStar. Greystar requires auto liability and an umbrella policy in addition to a business policy. I asked if we could quote both your autos and a commercial liability policy to help you with the requirements to work for Greystar. I did not receive your auto details nor did we hear back from you in our offer to make you compliant. I have copies of the rejection emails sitting in front of me and they state, "Greystar Auto; Greystar Umbrella" Missing Certificate of Insurance for Henry's Renovations Document-Code 61285CDBD7291431871469" This is what the subject line states in the NetVendor COI Request I received Monday, September 20, 2021 at 4:34am. This was sent from the NetVendor Compliance Team, www.netvendor.net with a contact number of (503) 405-7312. I cannot provide a Certificate of Insurance for you when I do not insure the items requested. This is why Greystar did not approve you to work for them as a contractor. The business policy I wrote for you was accepted by NetVendor and Greystar. However, they required additional items. Several times you called my office using profanity and anger. This is when I outlined why the Certificates of Insurance were being declined in an email format for you. I have copies of documents, communications and the facts to refute every statement in your review. The BBB will be able to document these facts which can then be used in charges of slander. The most recent mailing to you from State Farm was just last week. Your business policy is an auditable policy which adjusts annually based on gross receipts. The bill you received is due to non-compliance to the annual audit. Please call the audit number provided in the letter to resolve the bill you received.

I honestly can’t say enough about Kimberly and her staff. I have been working with Ashley since I moved to Colorado in 2017 and it really has been the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company and just customer service experiences in general. She is super knowledgeable, works with your schedule, budget, and individual needs. I have never had to worry about anything because she just takes care of it and makes sure I am taken care of. I have recommended several friends to this office and will continue doing so. I promise you will not regret working with them. They are amazing.

I have worked with them since moving to Colorado in 2013. They have been helpful, patient, and fairly priced. They also do a good job of explaining things to me when I have questions. I’m definitely a life-time client.

I'm so disappointed in State Farm. I was insured with Kimberly Brogan Smith for about seven years, and last year I sold my car and no longer needed insurance. I was due a refund, and although I received a check, my bank did not accept my electronic deposit because it didn'thave the e-transaction stamp, so they declined. I called to explain this to the agent, and I was assured she would take care of issuing a new refund, but it's been alomst ONE YEAR and I still have not received a refund. Most frustrating and very disappointing!

Kimberly and Ashley are really tremendous people to work with. Always available, pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only have they been able to assist with all my insurance stuff, they have also helped with financial planning, tax questions, etc. They have always provided a personal touch and are great about creating an actual relationship, not just sending me bills and making sure i'm covered. Can't say enough about the fantastic help and support of this office. Rear-ended in an accident yesterday and with the help of Kimberly and more specifically Ashley, they helped coordinate with the other party's carrier and everything was resolved in 1 day. Amazing! I've been driving for 50 years and have had a few different auto insurance carriers in a couple of different states and I have NEVER experienced the overall customer service, responsiveness and genuine concern and caring this office had shown me! I highly recommend Kimberly Brogan Smith as an agent. Ive had issue after issue with all of my previous agencies. Sarah who works with Kimberly was very helpful when fixing the mistakes made by Brian Wages office. They are very friendly and they do put their customers first. With how they work with you, you can really tell they actually care about their customers and are willing to help with anything even if your policy is a mess from a past agency. This is the place you want to go to if you want a real agent helping you. I wish I could give them a higher rating but 5 stars is the max. You will not regret going to them over any other agent.

I thought I was going to have to handle getting another car, finding a repair shop, and basically handling everything on my own. I was wrong. Your team was caring and knows how to get things done. The lady that picked up the phone (I forget her name, but I believe she is Ashley's assistant) was very warm and helpful. Ashley provided great information and connected with me on a personal level. Ashley let me know what she would do and what I needed to do. Her tone was amazing (I previously worked in a call center and after hearing snotty tones or tones that proved that the person hated their job, you have a sense for these things). She helped me with any questions I had and guided me to help me in getting my accident resolved - never once making me feel guilty about getting in the accident, but rather comforted me. Ashley then transferred me to Alex in claims - he was also amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me. He answered all of my questions and let me know, in detail, what was going happen. I asked him a question that was not in the scope of his job - but he answered to the best of his ability. Alex then transferred me to Sherry, in the Claims Handling Team. Sherry was also warm and knowledgeable. She was able to answer the question Alex attempted to answer.
