Hi Rodney, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I get about 75 texts, emails and phone calls every day and sometimes it's difficult to get back with everyone immediately when you are a Realtor and you have what I call a "feeding frenzy" going on with one property. I am just one person. If you were a Realtor in an extremely busy market, you might be more understanding. When you called, I was the only person working in the office. I now have new agents to help me. If you were inquiring about the house in Hamilton, Ohio, I had about 18 bids in one day on that house from agents in 2-3 counties. I listed this house as a favor for a friend but I didn't want to list it because I don't like being put in that type of situation. Again, I am sorry you had a bad experience, but if you look at my testimonials on my website (www.kimhillrealestate.com), you will see that in fact I'm a very good Realtor. If this ever happens to you again with any Realtor, I suggest contacting another Realtor to show you a property. I'm sure that this type of situation has happened to many Realtors. When a property is underpriced, everyone wants it. Again, I'm sorry your phone calls fell through the cracks.
