Kevin Freeman was a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and was able to work with both us, as the buyer, and the manager to get us a good deal on a 2019 Kia Niro. Highly suggest asking for Kevin if you are looking for a good deal on a car.

Bought a brand new 2016 Kia Soul from this dealer that was defective. After owning the car for only 4 days a check engine light came on. The car wouldn't shift out of first gear and had to have it towed to the dealer. They first thought the problem was the transmission and that the entire transmission would have to be replaced. Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW car. The store manager promised he would make things right and put us in a another new Kia Soul, since apparently the one we were sold was defective from the factory, and even if it meant they had to take a hit on this defective car. One week later they fixed the car (problem was actually a leak from the radiator to the transmission) and we returned to the dealer to get a new car. The store manager kept assuring me he would do what's right and put us in a new car. When the time came to get the new car, they wouldn't take $2000-3000 off the new car to make it a seamless transfer from our defective car to another new Soul (same exact model), and they thought we would be okay with paying $75 more per month for the new car?!? Absolutely ridiculous! We are now stuck with the same car that came defective from the Kia factory. All we got from this dealer was a defective BRAND NEW car and empty promises to do what's right. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have taken my time looking around and after numerous searching decided upon purchasing a Honda Pilot or KIA Sorento. Came very close to buying the Pilot. I had a lot of pressure from the Honda salespersons. Then I spoke with Earl Ward of KIA of Bowie. What a Huge difference! He did not pressure, was willing to discuss the differences between the two vehicles. Sure he bragged about the greater advantages of the Sorento. Then he backed it up, going over and explaining every aspect in greater detail than any of the Honda salespeople. The Sorento SX is a much greater SUV than the Pilot and far more than I was looking for! I gave him very tough expectations, and he worked hard for me with KIA management until he found me an even better DEAL than I had expected. Both my wife and I are very, very happy with our new Sorento SX and the ease of assistance and maintenance at the dealership. Thank you, Earl!, You've definitely earned our continued business! On December 10, 2017, I went in to Kia of Bowie, I was turning in my leased 2015 Kia Sportage, at that time I decided that I wanted to lease another new Kia Sportage, my sales associate, Earl Ward met me at the dealers that afternoon, when I told him I have decided to lease a new Kia Sportage, Earl went to get a 2018 Sportage for me to test drive, when I saw that car, I fell in love with it! it was a beautiful color also, Pacific Blue, it had much more options than the 2015, the EX Sport Kia is awesome! with heated front seats, leather seat trim, blind spot detection, rear camera and much more. Earl Ward is the best! and Thanks so much, I love my Kia !
